Not my first visit here and not my last. The staff are always friendly and the restaurant always clean.The food was fresh and we got exactly what we ordered. Plenty of parking at this location and very easily accessible.

Ordered the full rack of ribs that came with coleslaw and a garden salad. The full rack of ribs were good but not the size one would expect a full rack to be. Rather small. Other than that the meal was good.

Came in Friday night with my daughter. It was a great experience. Seated immediately.Then server was very nice. I had the honey dill chicken sandwich and hot honey chicken wings. It was legitimately perfect and the wings were awesome. They toast there buns good there! My daughter had the kids chicken fingers and fries with a Cotten candy milk drink. It was a great dinner and I will return again! Server was amazing but the food wasn't. I swear if I ask for my steak medium it comes out well done, if I ask for it medium rare it comes out rare. I ate maybe 10% of the steak to try it and got discounted $10 off a $35 dinner before tax. So basically paid $30 for a salad, garlic bread and a small bit of spaghetti. They didn't ask if I wanted another steak and went with a discount that they thought was suitable. Been coming here for years but not anymore, you lost a longterm customer. Get people who know how to cook a steak if you're going to sell/serve steak. When people have to work 2 hours to make the money it costs to pay for one of these meals they should get what they pay for, I work hard for my money and I expect the same in return.

I’ve been coming here for months now. Whether it be after a long shift or on my days off I always have the best service ever. Abbey is normally our server and we love her so much. She’s so kind and always keeps up even when she’s working alone and gets bombarded with a rush. Truly couldn’t ask for a better server! I always look forward to seeing her whenever we come in. Rachel is also a ray of sunshine and works equally as hard, she sets the standard for great bar service. BP’s bar side never disappoints, especially with what they put up with!

Came here in a Saturday evening. The restaurant wasn’t packed but service was abysmal. Took forever to get seated (it was me and a 4 year old child…the servers were chatting amongst friends rather than seat me and my hungry kid). Took a while to get our order taken. Food came, but drinks didn’t. Our server was polite, kept on apologizing…but spent a grand total of 5 minutes with us. Likely understaffed. Dessert (a simple milkshake) took 30 minutes to come, I could have made that milkshake in 3 minutes tops. I have dined at Boston Pizza all over the place, this is by far the worst service.

We sit down to eat and the waiter comes over we give him our order then he came to our table 3x to confirm our order if you can’t even remember an order use a pen and paper. Then like 30 mins later we get our food. As I start eating my chicken club sandwich I notice I was served SPOILED ROTTEN LETTUCE. The waiter takes my plate of food walks to the back then comes back to our table and says we took it off the bill and never offered me another plate of food or anything. We were served 1 drink for the entire 1.5 hrs we were there the servers were too busy chatting in the back about some girls house who works there blah blah blah. Very unprofessional.

We were not informed of a $4.79 additional charge for Walmart- quality shredded cheese on our garlic bread?!?! Very disappointed with the misleading question.
