Usually quick and friendly service but the most recent few times we’ve gone take out for a late night bite, they dont start making it till we show up. Most recently, order was supposed to be ready at 1:10, we showed up at 1:08 and had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the food.

Yesterday was my 1st visit since before Covid & I was Extremely Disappointed!!! The restaurant was filthy, the table where we were sat was wobbly as Hell & there were kids running throughout the restaurant. I was a weekly regular at 1 time, but NEVER again. The only reason I decided to go back was the $11.99 Pasta Special for the whole month of January.....WHAT A JOKE!!!! We ordered 2 pastas ftom the menu & neither 1 was $11.99. Approximately $50 (which included 1 beer) later & on our way we went. SAVE YOUR $$$ PATRONIZE A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT!!! It's too bad bcuz I prefer eating at Canadian restaurants. 😞

I am unable to fill in any of the other categories, I just was in the Boston pizza at the Penn center St. Catharines to be completely ignored. I walked up to the guest desk and was ignored so I politely waited, other people walked in. They were greeted by this woman with a smile and brought to their table with menus, she came back. I was ignored. What a weird way to run a business. Not sure what your problem is with me but I'm very friendly and polite. Even cracked the rude thing. A smile to be. Guess what- ignored. Safe to say that I won't be back to your restaurant again. But don't worry, I'm sure you'll all survive

The waitress, Faith, was absolutely lovely! We arrived quite late, but she was incredibly kind and patient with us—taking her time to explain all the menu options and happily answering all our (many!) questions. The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful dinner experience!

We really enjoyed this location when visiting. Food was always good, atmosphere was great but the one time we went, we were all seated and did not get one acknowledgment of our presence. We were seated for 15 minutes another one person, including (I’ll assume) the dining room manager did not take a drink order or ask us if we wanted anything. YES it was busy but no acknowledgment, no stay. We will probably return…

This place is always wonderful, I’ve been coming here for the past three years, mostly for UFC nights, but I figured now would be the time that I leave a review. Tonight we got served by Jessica G, who was very wonderful had a very cheery attitude and kept the vibes up all night long. She was wonderful. The food was wonderful and the service was amazing, this is always gonna be my go to Boston Pizza in the Niagara region. I look forward to coming back!
Also want to note, she was mindful of vegetarian diet.
