Great spot! Friendly staff, fair prices, and delicious, well-seasoned burgers. Stopped in after Niagara Falls and would definitely come back.

This place is my new favorite burger joint. Not only are the prices budget friendly, but the food quality and portions are absolutely amazing!! It is a million times better than any fast food burgers, don't sleep on this place!!!

I would absolutely recommend this place. The staff here are extremely friendly and the service is amazing. The food itself is very good. If you are in town or going to BrcokU (a university very close) you should definitely stop by.

Just like to good old fashioned burger joints of the 80s. Owners take great pride in their place and are very friendly.

Food is amazing, the burgers taste great and feel lighter on the stomach than usual franchise spots.

I was excited to try Burger Cafe after seeing recent reviews, and I found the experience to be a mix of highs and lows.

The absolute standouts were the price and the service, both of which were excellent. The staff were very pleasant and polite, patiently walking me through their patty size options, which range from 4 to 12 ounces.

When it came to the food, the fries were good but not great—lightly battered and cooked perfectly, but overall this is what i would expect from a standard frozen fry at just about any chain resturant.

The burger itself has potential; the toppings were fresh, the bun was good, and the bacon and cheese was a great addition that made it enjoyable.

However, the burger patty itself was a disappointment. It was clear that it contained some percentage of filler, which impacted the overall flavor.

I really hope they consider a switch to a 100% all-beef patty. This single change would elevate the burger from decent to fantastic and would likely make me a regular customer.

Ultimately, the excellent service and value are let down by the most important part of the meal. It's a place with wonderful staff, but its full potential won't be realized until the burger patty is improved.
