Well this is a nice location and food is average , it clearly says open till 2 am, I went at 11 pm doors are locked not sure if this is drive through only, regardless should be updated.

The location is tight but thats not the problem, the food didnt taste as it should, and the whopper didnt look good as other places. Please employees do your jobs. The best BK with good food is on Ontario St.St Catharines.

My kids asked for an ice cream cone, and I usually take them to McDonald’s for that. But this time, I decided to try Burger King’s ice cream cones instead. I ordered them ice cream, and when I saw what we got, I was really disappointed — there was barely any ice cream on the cone. Compared to McDonald’s, it was about half the size.
I mentioned this to the staff, and they said that’s just the standard size. My kids took a couple of bites and threw theirs away, saying it tasted disgusting. I forced myself to finish mine, but a few minutes later, I started having stomach pain.
I will never go back there again.👎🏻👎🏻

Never had to complain about fast food before. Employees made us wait 20 mins for take out (obviously forgot about us). Went back into drive thru, claimed they still needed time to make it fresh. Manager gave us a refund but no food. Called this morning to rectify the issue, was offered a gift card. Went to claim it then was denied. On my walk out the one worker said "we dont care" and was obviously talking about me in punjabi to the other workers. An embarrassment to the franchise and wasted my time both occasions I went. Who knew you can screw up fast food. Contacting head office for this experience. Went from bad to worse to even worse.

HANDS down WORST location EVER , picking up DoorDash was told 5 minutes ,15 minutes later I have to ask them where is my order you told me 5 minutes 15 minutes ago , employee was rude about me confirming order when I hadn’t even pulled my phone out of my pocket Would give 0 stars if I could

I saw the carelss behavior of staff and they dont even chnge there gloves. Hygiene =0 % .That was my worst experience ever in burger king .food ain't well cocked and fries look soggy. I think mannager ain't managing well .

I went in the drive thru and it took 30 minutes to make my food just 8 jr.burgers and 1 chicken fries on a Sunday afternoon when it wasn’t even busy.Then I was missing my fries so I had to come back and wait another 10 minutes.
