Bad experience! We ordered 2 of the SpongeBob Bikini bundles, first of all, they didn’t give us the SpongeBob box, also the Sandae is totally a ripped off. Also he asked if we need ketchup, we said yes! But none!!!!Burger taste was not bad otherwise I will only give 1 star.

Why I went back to give them another try is beyond me. Went about a week ago... rude staff... like attitude beyond normal. Ether you want to work or you don't.... LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO MCDONALDS OVER A $1 Primo on there app.. just not good business.. especially when I turned out to be right.

We were in drive thru line for almost 20 minutes.. from 12:45 to 1:06?? Thats way more waiting .. for any order.. they need to speed up. Its a fast food chain but they were so slow.

I did the drive thru, asked for 2 items to be removed from the burger & add tomatoe, they charged me .10 cents extra for that , after I git the food I drove 1 block away & the burger was cold... this is the 2nd time from this place and I will definitely recommend if you want a GOOD Burger King , go to the one on Ontario Street
They dont have gravy for poutine. How come such a big franchisee dont have gravy in their store. Very disappointed. Or either they dont want to make fresh gravy. Very bad service.
