Think it's the acoustics. Paid lot street and garage parking very close by. Bus stop out front. Close to the bus terminal.
Usually great food but this time they are off their game. A hot lunch should be a hot lunch, but today it seems they took the food straight from the fridge.Parking is a pain as well. Driving around the block three or four times to find a spot close to the restaurant to pick-up lunch is a huge inconvenience.

This place is AWESOME! Not quite sure why people are writing rude reviews? Possibly it is their competition. Their burritos are consistently delicious and made perfectly for a fair price. I’ve ordered through Uber eats, their online system and even walked in to order and every time it is an awesome experience. The owner and people who work there are WONDERFUL and give some great CANADIAN hospitality service that you can’t find anymore!!! Continue being awesome and I will always order from you over any other burrito place in Niagara.

Today I had the chicken burrito and OMG it was so good! I literally had the regular one and the size of the burrito was huge I can not imagine how would it be if I order the large one! On top of that, the owner Bryan and the their staff are so nice, I felt so welcomed by them, the vibe and energy of the restaurant it’s amazing, come here you won’t regret it!!

Horrible restaurant. Their food gave my boyfriend and I severe food poisoning. When I called to complain about it, the manager starts acting like he's a doctor, denying all claims. Told them it was my only meal that day (cause I don't eat in the morning usually) and the manager starts acting like I was lying. Great to know they don't respect their customers.Told them the rice was hard and they said that it was impossible? Like I tasted the rice before and it's never been like that.He also starts saying that the food poisoning was definitely not the burrito, as they have "never" had a claim like that.Do yourself a favour and stay away from this restaurant!!!

Haven't been to a Burrito Boyz in ages - loved it! Food was great and service was excellent. The guys who work here are super friendly. Definitely stopping by again.
My family recently moved from Toronto to Niagara. We were happy to see a Burrito Boyz in town. The burritos were delicious and fresh, even better tasting then the burrito boyz in Toronto. The service was also excellent. I had a really good conversation with the owner as my order was being made. All together a very good experience, I will be back!
