Sandra was so great to deal with. she accommodated my request and made the best tasting cupcakes for my daughters 16th birthday. Everyone loved the different flavours and gorgeous decorations. Also a very reasonable price too. I would order with Sandra again for my next occasion.

So beautiful!! I got a cake for my 18th birthday a while back and it tasted delicious and was decorated exquisitely. My brother and his wife also got their wedding cake made and it was delicious!! She made a pumpkin spice cake for them as it was a fall wedding :) Looked beautiful and tasted phenomenal, highly recommend.

Messaged cakes by the lake regarding my parents upcoming 50th anniversary, and they confirmed the date was available. I messaged back regarding flavours and decoration and asked for confirmation. A day or so went by and I heard nothing. I messaged again, another couple of days or so went by and I still heard nothing back. I only wanted a confirmation of the order and the flavor, but never heard back. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience, but I was really looking forward to ordering this cake for my parents anniversary. They cakes look beautiful and the hand made flowers look fantastic. I wish I had something better to say, but maybe I’ll be able to order in the future and get a reply.Just in response to your reply - I saw that you had read my comments as I was sending them, if you were off for a few days, you could have easily said that you would get back to me on whatever date, and I would have waited. But as you were reading them as I was sending them with no reply, i simply moved on. Thanks for clarifying

Sandra is one incredible, talented and amazing pastry chef!Her attention to detail, quick responses is unmatched in this region. I have been ordering cakes from her for at least 5 years and have never had an issue.My husbands personal favourite is her Black Forest Cake, where as I love her strawberry shortcake.The attention to detail on her sugar cookies is incredible. 10/10
