Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Waiter was nice and quick (eye candy😀) though he served me a drink with a hair on the glass. We ate on the outdoor section which was nice until a customer started smoking right behind me while I was eating and I have asthma! Had to ask him to move which he did thankfully. Peeves me though how smokers don't follow the rule to be several meters away from the entrance of their building! These signs should come back! The food was good however I didn't want onions in my chicken teriyaki stir fry but had to pick them out because it's a premade dish. The sirloin was also somewhat tasty but really hard--the well done part was good though because I don't like raw. Had steak at the Keg recently and it was melt-in- your-mouth amazing! It was my early mother's Day gift so I was glad that the price was reasonable for my young son to handle on his budget. The final cheesecake and ice cream was fantastic.

Food is as expected of such an establishment.
The price is what keeps me returning & the reliable service staff. There are some minor improvements that can be made, BUT I feel confident stating that this Chucks restaurant
is the best in the Niagara area.

If you’re looking for a simple spot to grab a burger or steak without breaking the bank, it does the job. Just don’t expect anything extraordinary. Would consider going back for a quick bite, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for a special night out.

We use to go about once a mth but the menu was recently changed. The montreal smoke meat sandwich is what I would always get and now its gone. Sadly so are we :(

I went in for Father's Day my wife ordered New York strip It was overcooked told the waitress she took the steak and cooked it more never came back to see how it was.. my son ordered the chicken parmesan pasta The chicken was good The sauce was definitely just from a can... I didn't mind it but he couldn't eat it... I had the porterhouse... Ordered at medium well... It came medium rare... After all the other debacles I just ate it and kept my mouth shut... Would I go back... Yeah I give him another chance... Was kind of a bummer though... The waitress was less than attentive... I think she had three tables...

We went for lunch. I had the strawberry pecan salad and my husband had the chuck burger and fries. The pop was nice and fizzy, the burger and fries were good! My salad was absolutely delicious!!! My tummy was very happy!! Lol! Maddi N was our waitress. She was excellent!! Also the prices are great!!

Cheapest steak dinner in town.

Great place, always busy, it seems. Servers are always on point, outgoing, and willing to accommodate. Nothing bad to say about this Chucks at all.
