Abysmally customer service, I have ordered 4 separate times from this location and not once have they actually had my order correct. Decided to give them one last try and it was awful. Our drink was not delivered with the meal, and they packaged my chicken tenders in with my biscuits instead of a separate bag. The bag was also not sealed properly, which could have been a door dash issue, but they should be stapling it closed and not taping it. Called the store and they would not do anything to help, told me it was doordash's problem and not theirs. Will never be going to this location again

Horrible customer service. Ordered take out through door dash and food came unsealed. Honey biscuits were thrown in my chicken tender box instead of in the proper bag it comes in. Missing my drink aswell. I called to get it rectified and they basically told me tough luck. DO NOT ORDER FTOM HERE

If you can't deliver the standards during overnight, please don't provide it. It is always foul smelling cold chicken and fries, fries quantity was less. And this happens always, happened thrice for me.

This store has a serious problem. I always order takeout from this store for dinner. Recently, it has been wrong three times in a row. 8 pieces of fried chicken and 8 apple pies. i only get a 3-piece combo. The second time the driver gave my combo to My neighbor's door, when i coming. the homeless and they were eating it. This time they missed my apple pie again. If you don't want to operate, close the store.
