Atrocious customer service. I ordered 1 drink and it took 10-15 minutes to get it. Insanely expensive too. Lack of service is the main issue.

Love taking the family to Coco for a sweet treat! Our favorite is the taro slush. I add tapioca and lychee popping pearl! Chef’s kiss. Not overly sweet. We always get greeted and they make it so fast! Thanks Coco!

Started with me entering, nobody as far as customers is in there. I am quite loud. I say hello as a male is behind the counter, he continues cleaning, no ear pods observed. I've never been to a Coco. I ask after a few moments, what would be like a Thai Milk Tea. He says we have brown sugar bubbles. Nothing like a Thai Milk Tea. He could care less to sell or share about another drink or anything else. I walked out.

This cocos is always clean and always gets orders right, but the wait time is insane. On friday nights they have 2 people working and people practically lined up out the door. Even on weekday evenings they only have one person working and 5 different groups of people in line. The owners need to put more people on the shift so I dont have to wait 25 minutes for a drink.

Coco Glendale that only has great drinks but also great service every time we come here. The manager Anodya is very good at her job and great with her staff. Strongly recommended to anyone who loves their bubble tea!

I had a great experience at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice on Glendale Ave! The manager was super friendly and really helped me decide on what drink to get, which I really appreciated since there were so many options. I ended up going with the classic milk tea with tapioca, and it was perfect – just the right amount of sweetness and the pearls were soft and chewy. The staff was efficient, and my order was ready quickly. The store itself was clean and well-organized, with a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite bubble tea spots in St. Catharines. Highly recommend!

Service here has been amazing every time. Bubble tea’s always good and the people make it better. Worth the trip.
