CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

Came here today and i was disappointed I usually go here at opening around 12pm to order but when i came to the store the man told me that its not open and he wants me to comeback after 15mins i told him can i wait inside cause i don't want to comeback to my house and come again or stay inside my car its very inconvenient to me especially i have a baby with me and i told him that its already 12 and the sign in there store say its open. It looks like the man doesn't know what his doing cause he told me that am just gonna ask first if am allowed to stay inside .After 15mins still not ready and the man was on the video call and looks like he was trying to ask how to operate the system in the counter. And i even ask him the promotion on the online and he doesn't know. After finally the women came and she already know about my inquiry and get my order. This is the first time happen to me that i wait for 45mins just to get my milktea.

Store and service were ok to me, but they don’t have fresh taro over a year. First I was told there was no supply and will come back later , visited almost every month and now over a year still no fresh taro…. I won’t visit again ..

The girls there definitely need a lot of training. I was definitely treated like a nuisance, they didn't fully explain some drinks sadly. Can't return

Customer service is everything because it makes you feel like the person making something you consume at least acknowledges your existence! Not the ideal place for bipoc (brown or black) people. I've gone twice and on both occasions they treated white& Asian customers better noticeably different. Absolutely no greeting or sharing of specials to bipoc but the minute a white or Asian person comes in they are greeted and the workers explain the specials. This is the annoying part of living in a society where quality of service varies based on how you look smh crazy thing is the price is the same. Will NOT visit again. Have been treated way better at other bubble tea shops

Terrible first time experience. Walked in for the first time and before I could even say a word Person behind the counter yelled at me saying that she is too busy and can take my order now. Place is supposed to close at 9;00pm and it was 8:40pm. Turned us first time customers away and we will never be going back there due to terrible customer service.

We came to CoCo Glendale in St. Catharines on Sunday Oct 27, 2024. I had big sympathy with the solitary girl that was working in the shift. She was the cashier, the prep girl, taking order online. Very hard for her to perform 4 persons job by herself. Manager needs to be little realistic and reasonable to employees.Very disappointing on the part of manager and store owner.

Store is clean, drinks are delicious and Staff is usually nice but they looks miserable and exhausted, maybe because there’s ALWAYS one employee handling everything due to this issue waiting times are longer and customer service is non existent. Manager is never around.
The should hire more staff instead of giving all the workload to one person. I love Coco but I might try others stores instead…

Drinks were good as always! BUT they really need to do better on their service. Sadly, I was not allowed to do 0 or even minus points on the “service” part:)

I came in with my girl today and had the worst experience ever!!!!
First off the place is dirty
Second the girl that works there was super rude ! Before she even started my order i asked her to wait for my girl but she didnt listen and decided to make her own drinks any who when I asked her to change it because this is not what i wanted !!! she refused to change the order and wanted me to pay for an extra drink !!!! Im not having something that i didnt even ask for !!! Worst experience ever i dont recommend anyone coming here and i will also make sure non of my family or friends comes here .

The staff at Coco Fresh Tea & Juice are always really nice and attentive, and the place is super clean. However, it’s pretty clear that the workers are overworked since there’s often just one person handling everything. This seems like a management issue—maybe they need to hire more staff to keep things running smoothly and avoid burning out their employees.

The store is always very clean. The service here sucks.. no one ever greets you when you walk in and they all just ignore you until they’re done with their current order - so usually you’re standing there for about 5 or 6 minutes before anyone even looks at you. The bathrooms are always blocked off by a table.. not sure if they just don’t want guests using their facilities at all?

Drinks are always good though! The Taro slush with either coconut jelly or pearls & mango slush with popping strawberry is always our go-to’s.
