Varied menu, polite staff. Recommend!

I ordered online today for pickup and i received a receipt and wait for 30mins for a confirmation message that my order was ready. But i don’t receive thats why i decided to go inside and found out that the store was close and on their online apps it says open. Please do a refund

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a bubble tea ($6.50, which is quite expensive), but the staff never asked me about the sugar level. When I received my drink, I realized it was full sugar, but I actually wanted no sugar.

When I politely requested a replacement, the staff was extremely unwilling to make the change and showed a terrible attitude. They were visibly annoyed, making loud noises while preparing the new drink and even complained to me, saying that next time I should specify no sugar when ordering. However, I was never even asked about sugar preferences in the first place!

For a drink that costs this much, I expected at least decent customer service. Instead, I was made to feel like I was the one causing trouble, when in reality, it was their mistake. If a shop doesn’t even bother to ask about sugar levels, how can customers be blamed for receiving the wrong order?

Very disappointing experience—I won’t be coming back. If management cares about their customers, they should train their staff to be more professional and courteous.

Was very disappointed that I wasted $7 on “Brown Sugar Latte”. It felt like I was having plain milk. There was very little brown sugar at the bottom. The top was just plain milk. I thought stirring would help, but no. Just felt like I was having plain milk. Was my first time here but not buying from here again ?

Great customer service and really amazing bubble tea. I really like their tapioca's as they always seem freshly made, tried bubble tea at other places but not same quality as CoCo.

The only and the best bubble tea store at Brock.Greatly located in library,so nice to have a bubble tea when you studying.The only thing is,limited menu,I miss slush.But it's loud when blending,so it's better not to make slush in the library...

Best thing about Brock is the Coco inside the library! They have such a great selection and are super fast! They even sell Starbucks here and it also really good too. My favourite is Brown Sugar Latte, its always so fresh! The staff are also so nice, my fav spot in Brock for Coffee and BBT
