I have been going to the Market Square every Saturday to buy sour dough bread and 6 or more pastries from Con Gusto. Imagine my shock today when I had to pay 40% more than usual. Never again will I shop there.
hello I went to your bakery last Saturday! was going to buy bread .as I went it pay girl .she totally ignored me and was texting on her phone .terrible customer service! so I decided to not buy the bread .this was at st.catharines market . she just laughed as I walked away .train staff to be aware of actions .
I was calling to inquire about a cake for my husband's birthday and I don't care how well they're rated the telephone manners of the woman who answered was generally atrocious. She was very curt and abrupt and obviously had no interest in my business; barked the pricing at me and ended the call after informing me that she needed two days notice. I'm sorry did all the other bakeries in the city get set on fire and this is the only one in town? Cuz that's the only way I could imagine...read full review
