The food quality was A+: very fresh vegetables. Everything we ordered was very tasty and delicious. The lemon chicken was amazing! The best I ever had! Very clean and great atmosphere. Service was very good too. The waitress came by a few time to make sure we didn't need anything.

Ordered takeout on Christmas Eve. Have never ordered from Cosy before.
Best independent business Chinese Food I have had In the Niagara Region.
We ordered "Wong number " 6 and 9
Sweet and Sour chicken balls were so good as was the sweet and sour sauce which in many other Chinese Restaurants, it tastes like tin.
Chicken fried rice and steamed rice, perfect.
This will be my once a week go to for sure

Paid 54 dollars for a dinner for 3 . I am sure i didnt get all the food . Only 4 containers. I drove out of the city to bring it to a friend it was too much to bring it back . Not what i use to get in value . Food was ok

Food was great.. ordered combination plate 9 and 10.. won ton soup.. spring roll and egg roll.. The server Dee was super nice and personable.. also the lady behind the counter was so friendly.. we will definitely be back.

I really wanted to like it, but it was the biggest meh we’ve ever had for Chinese food. It was very watered down and flavourless. There wasn’t even any hot sauce in the takeout bag, adding to the lack of flavour. First and last time for us. The dinning in experience looked nice, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of flavour.

I live in Welland and we always go to Canton on Ontario Road but they are closed till January. I decided to drive to St Catharines and try Cosy Restaurant and boy I wish I hadn't. We ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls and Beef LoMein. The Rice had no flavour and the Beef LoMein tasted SOUR. It was the worst Chinese food we have had. I will NEVER go back. If I could give them and minus rating for their food I would.

Ordered my food was missing chicken balls ii called back and told them what i was missing i do not drive i had them delivered the onwer says i can give u a credit on them after she was arguing with me that she gave them

Excellent Food, Atmosphere, Decor and , more importantly, History. Customer Service was very welcoming, engaging and educative, at the same time. Dee, in particular, was absolutely, Fantastic. She will ensure that You and Your Group, will have tasty food based on every person's likes and dislikes. Not forgetting Michelle, who joined , later, to help us understand, more of the legacy that is still preserved after 60 Years.

I apologise for anyone who said there was no flavor, because these dishes were full of it. The staff was very accommodating, very humorous and extremely passionate. The food was simply amazing. Great portions, great flavor. This place has an amazing history as well. It's sad to see that they aren't on uber eats or door dash, etc. They would do great!!

However, if you're looking to have a great in-person experience, this is the place for you :) Cosy was cosy indeed.

Was here for the second time. Disappointed…. No flavors at all . Order cosy platter, regretted the second it arrived. Was written fried wontons but just got the deep fried wrapper

Not happy - placed order and asked for total, said they’d have to call back with it and never did…food arrives for 6 dishes $100! Would have even nice to receive that call. Delivery person was amazing very nice but food was terrible, not even worth $50. Not happy - you need to have more transparency about cost. Yes we added all the items individually but there were fees that it would have been nice to get that call and talk about. Will not be ordering again

Got take out. Was very disappointing. Very bland.
The shrimp with lobster sauce was gross and had a chunk of plastic in it.
The chicken fried rice was mostly just mushy rice with a hint of soy sauce and chicken.

A nice, old fashioned family dining Chinese restaurant. Surprisingly nice inside compared to the outside. The service was good. Food was simple but good. The won ton soup was wonderful. I went to this restaurant in the late 70s, fun to return almost 50 years later.
