They open at 10:30am on Sunday and they still didn't have any pizza slices ready by 12:30. That's 2 hours after opening and the girl was just sitting down in the back. Wow!!!

I ordered the 1 slice special with pop, and they gave me an extra slice and charged me for it. I never asked for 2 slices. Food is good but the people need to learn how to listen. Be careful when ordering

Honestly, this is the BEST pizza I've had in a very long time. The pizza is always loaded with toppings and it has so much flavor the staff is always polite and the prices are great . This is my go to for pizza from now on

Our kids school gets their pizza from Crust and Cream for their school pizza day every week and they were raving about the pizza so, we decided to drive from Thorold to grab some for lunch. The pizza and wings are both so delicious! And the service is great too! The manager Emmar is so lovely and accommodating, as were all the staff. We got a scoop of ice cream, since it was a warm day and that was great too! Can't recommend Crust and Cream enough.
