The Misty machine has been broken for MONTHS and when I tried to order one I was told they were sold out. It wasn't until I inquired more that they said the machine was broken and they weren't replacing it.

This store has been around since the 70s and is a big part of the community. People don't realize the outreach they do.
My partner and I go, at least, once a month for date night. The best was when they gave us coupons because they hadn't seen us for awhile.

It was my husband’s birthday and of course he wants a Dairy Queen cake and the one closest to us has closed recently so I will need to drive across town. So I make my way to the store, enter and to my surprise, I am told the store is not even opened yet as I am inside the store. As you can imagine, I was truly disappointed to find out they couldn’t help me as they weren’t open. I figured I’d have to drive all the way back across town once they opened. When the gentleman behind the counter politely asked what I was here for? I explained I needed a birthday cake. And the gentleman told me it would be no problem. I then informed him I would need the writing on it. He said that would also be no problem. I was served and on my way in Minutes. Ty ty ty! I didn’t want to have to drive back and yet they didn’t have to serve me. I am very appreciative and will be back for all ice cream related needs. The cake was also delicious.

Just called the store, sat on hold forever, hung up and called back. Looking for a specialty cake for pickup tomorrow, I’m from out of town. Online only allows you to order for today. Called back, the employee barely spoken English and was not helpful at all. Such a shame what Dairy Queen is becoming. Definitely won’t go to this location…

This is a good local dairy queen. Service is always fast. Even with lineups out the door. Only issue is bathroom cleanliness.

The Dairy Queen on Geneva is a good one, especially if you do not plan on sitting there to eat. The place is clean enough, and the staff is present and attentive to the front desk. They had my ice cream cake ready in advance of my arrival and it was waiting in a private freezer to ensure it couldn’t be stolen.

Still my favorite st. Catharines and the only one you should go to. The service is just incredible. Great staff, and well cant go wrong with ice cream. Thank you again for being there when I need it !!!!
