Even tho I ordered online ahead of time and waited for it to say it was ready when I got there I had to wait and they served every single person in line before me and then only started making the order after coming to me in line and looking at the online order after serving 9 other people. Then the item I got was crappy and didn't have half the ingredients it should have

I’ve gone twice in the past 3 months And both times there was 1 worker for 10 cars in the drive thru and customers waiting inside. It took 30 minutes behind 2 cars to get a cone. They fired all of the old staff as well. Won’t be returning to this location.
Came here around 11 with my kiddo for a snack, the girl working the drivethru was super nice and helpful and our blizzards were fantastic, this is the best Dairy Queen location we’ve been to, 10/10

Although the outside is clean - the outside lights are never on when it is dark! I usually only go thru drive-thru at this location. The people running the drivethru could be a bit more friendly - I think it is because they have not worked there very long.
