Even tho I ordered online ahead of time and waited for it to say it was ready when I got there I had to wait and they served every single person in line before me and then only started making the order after coming to me in line and looking at the online order after serving 9 other people. Then the item I got was crappy and didn't have half the ingredients it should have

I’ve gone twice in the past 3 months And both times there was 1 worker for 10 cars in the drive thru and customers waiting inside. It took 30 minutes behind 2 cars to get a cone. They fired all of the old staff as well. Won’t be returning to this location.

Came here around 11 with my kiddo for a snack, the girl working the drivethru was super nice and helpful and our blizzards were fantastic, this is the best Dairy Queen location we’ve been to, 10/10

Although the outside is clean - the outside lights are never on when it is dark! I usually only go thru drive-thru at this location. The people running the drivethru could be a bit more friendly - I think it is because they have not worked there very long.
Brutal service. “Forgot” to make our order. 4 Blizzards. When we finally got them they were melting before we got to car and one was made completely wrong. Won’t be back…
Hours online says open until 11pm so I ordered, only to show up and wait at the drive thru for several minutes watching all the staff sit in front of the window on their phones. We had to honk to get someone to look at us. I’m not one for writing bad reviews, but this seriously needs to be dealt with, will never come back to this location. Also didn’t flip them upside down lol

Just showed up a half hour before close, and they had locked their doors to close 30min early, were not looking at us at the door and wouldn't even respond when we knocked. Close your store at 11pm, your hours are until 11pm and your open sign was on, with your hours posted on the door. If you've hired highschoolers and this is too late for them or something, then hire some adults.

They messed up my blizzard order. I asked them for a new blizzard, the kind that I ordered and they were happy to oblige. Once I started eating my new blizzard I realized all they did was add the ingredients from the blizzard I ordered onto the top of my blizzard they messed up. Once I got through the first few bites it was just the same incorrect blizzard again.
