The young lady working here needs to be re-trained.
Also, because of the poor service while asking for a tip on the debit machine, I refuse to tip ANYONE in the future unless they're an actual waiter/waitress in a restaurant. Fast Food employees can kiss my ass, tipping has gotten beyond "out of hand". I'm done with it.

I'm not sure if this goes against DQ policy but it's worth sharing. On Tuesday October 29th, 2024, at 4:55pm, I ordered a medium caramel moolatte. The order was fine, but something unexpected happened. The person working used their cell phone and scanned it. I assume this likely grants points to their DQ app. I know this is against policy in many places, so I wanted to bring it up.

$50 spent on a Reese ice cream cake. It's significantly lesser in quality from other locations. Hard, crystallized frozen milk. Hardly had the consistency of a Dairy Queen product we've enjoyed before from other locations.
We tipped and found out that the tips don't even go to the associates. They go to the owner.

Not friendly, had her ear buds in and was on the phone while serving us. Didn't listen when I kept saying I had a gift card and cash..not debit

We ordered a cake for my friends 21st birthday and it was a disaster from the start. At first every photos we showed they said they couldn’t do and it was too complicated (they were not hard designs because I didn’t wanna make it difficult for them) after saying no to multiple designs they then did the wrong colour writing. We saw when we picked it up but what could be done the cake is ruined. The worst is the 2 colours don’t even look good together so I don’t know how they chose it. Won’t be going back here for any cakes

The staff came off as so rude and appeared she didn't want to be there. Cheapest place. Thw ice cream used to be good and it was a good portion. It use to have 2 brownie pieces. Not it has one. They raised the prices and made the portions smaller. Photos of what your ice cream should be is not actually what you get. When I asked the girl If they have chocolate ice cream
The woken raised her voice to me. This made me so uncomfortable. Clearly I didn't know they don't have chocolate or I wouldn't have asked. Never go to this location

I was looking forward to a cherry sundae at Dairy Queen. I ordered a medium sized one with nuts. But when I passed the sundae I was surprised, it wasn’t a medium, it was a small. At first I thought it was fine and I walked away however then I realized that they changed me for a medium I returned telling the staff that I had ordered medium, I passed the sundae to her. She took it and added more ice cream but no more nuts or cherry sauce. There was a big line up so I left.
Why would they charge me for a medium and then give me a small? Was it an error or something else more serious? I won’t be back. Costco has ok sundae’s and they don’t rip you off.

The serving sizes that they give are very generous and the owner works there himself so you always get the best service
Showed up, they closed before 9 - wasn’t willing to serve us. disappointed my kids who wanted a blizzard
I ordered a cake for my sisters 21st birthday a week before picking it up. For the special request I put cow print because she was having a cow themed birthday and online it says that they will CONTACT you if there are any questions or concerns about the order. They never got in contact whatsoever and the day I pick it up they tell me they can’t do it and they didn’t know how to do it, it’s honestly simple enough i could do. They told me they had the best decorator in the city but I know a girl who could do a whole cow cake. I also called a day after I had placed the order to change what the writing had said on the cake, the girl had an attitude, was quite dismissive and not to be rude but unintelligent. When i picked it up it said what I had originally placed. I was clearly upset and all the guy said was I could have a free ice cream cone, No I don't want that. I want a better, non sloppy cake. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. I’m very upset with this experience, I suggest anyone to go to a different dairy queen.
One guy working did an amazing job keeping up with orders and making great drinks!
One of the best blizzards i have ever had is served by them. customers are served in a very well and polite manner. Also strawberry cheesecake blizzard is a must try at dairy queens. The store is very hygienic and well maintained.Everyone should try visiting dairy queens at the pen centre once for sure.
