Dairy Queen (Treat)

Yesterday i ordered tha cake it was amazing the decoration is same like that which i want its superb… really come back ❤️❤️❤️

Every visit is a treat, the staff are always friendly, the service is quick, and everything tastes fresh. The Blizzards are perfectly mixed with just the right amount of toppings, and the soft-serve is always smooth and creamy. I especially appreciate how clean and welcoming the place is, even when it’s busy. Whether it’s for a classic cone, a sundae, or a burger and fries, Dairy Queen never disappoints. It’s my go-to spot for dessert and comfort food any day of the week!

Amazing place would really

As I aproched the the counter there was nobody in site. It took me a couple of minutes before I realized the employee was siting on a box behind the counter texting on his phone. Once I got his attention I ordered a large orange julius with a banana. The kid clearly didn't put enough orange juice and ice into the drink. I ended up with a watery Banna drink.

Went there with some family for some ice cream, the lady insisted we pay cash. She said the card machine was very slow. So we waited for it to load while she made our orders. During the time she then asked if we could pay cash 5 more times. Asked if we could go use the atm in the food court. Then she told us “if we pay cash she cannot give us change”… I said I wasn’t going to pay cash, as it seemed like she just wanted to pocket it. She then stood there for 5 minutes after our order was fully made and was in her phone while the card machine wasn’t working “still loading” I asked her if it works at all to which she asked if I could go get cash once more, I said no, and then magically the card machine worked after she tapped a few buttons on the screen. She also told us they were out of orange Julius, skor bits, Chocolate ice cream, and Oreo

The girl sara was incredibly polite and provided excellent service with a smile. She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit truly special. We're so impressed👍

The customer service was like being treated like trash. Your employees should get hearing aids. I asked for a medium smoothie, but got a small instead. This place should be replaced by Wendy's. I wasted 10 dollars for something that was the wrong order. Be better next time, please.

I came here to pick up a cake for a friend’s birthday a few days ago. Sara helped me, and she was so kind, personable and very quick! Thank you, Sara ! :)

I tried to be friendly and say hello before ordering but got completely ignored while the girl was talking to someone on the phone in her AirPods. Continued to order a smoothie and had to ask for the price and for my change back since neither were given to me as she was still talking to someone else on the phone. I understand not enjoying your job but I would have appreciated even a little bit of effort or acknowledgment.

Ordered a frozen hot chocolate but definitely did not get that.

We get this items from many different Dairy queens and have never had it taste like this it had a strong coffee taste and it was awful.

I told them about it and was told thats how they make it here, so thats $7 dollars thrown in the garabe. I will never go here again awful service they should have given me my money back

And seeing how low their rating is on google guess I am not alone with this view so avoid this place

The person working is always on her phone, or just hardly talks to customers. She’s rude and the entire time I tried ordering she was having a conversation with a friend through her earbuds. I totally get not liking your job but I always feel like I’m bothering her when i try going here

Went to get a free cone on free cone day with our code after calling ahead and the employees said they didn’t feel like making ice cream so they put up a sign saying no cones

This location sucks the person working at the cash is rude and unprofessional

The customer service was horrible. I'm trying to sign up with the dairy Queen app so I can get the promotion and it's not letting me sign up or sign in. So I was asking the person there for assistance and she was very rude but is not helping at all. I'm going to go to the milkshake place cuz that person's there is nice.

The young lady working here needs to be re-trained.

Also, because of the poor service while asking for a tip on the debit machine, I refuse to tip ANYONE in the future unless they're an actual waiter/waitress in a restaurant. Fast Food employees can kiss my ass, tipping has gotten beyond "out of hand". I'm done with it.
