Went to Dairy Queen on Hartzel Rd and was very disappointed. I ordered this peanut buster parfait with extra hot fudge (which i paid for the extra hot fudge), and this is the disappointment i got. My daughter got a Cookie Dough Blizzard, that has five pieces of cookie dough in it. Prices here are expensive, I would have expected to at least get my money's worth. This place used to be great...going down hill slowly

This Dairy Queen should be ashamed of itself for the quality and quantity of everything other than ice cream. If you don’t want to sell food, take it off the menu. I paid $6 for a large fry and it was less fries than I get with the regular size. I can tell by the other reviews that they consistently give small portions despite HIGH prices. I’d skip this Dairy Queen any day now, not worth it. Id rather pay money in gas to drive to another Dairy Queen than give my money to this owner who clearly values profit over giving the customers what they already OVERPAY for.
On top of that, my ice cream was filled to the top (luckily) but I asked for “a LITTLE extra cherry syrup” and they charged me $1.30 extra just for that. The only reason I even asked for extra is last time they barely put any, and majority of my blizzard was plain vanilla ice cream. Money hungry, hope corporate Dairy Queen closes this location. The

After many years of doing drive through with my canine pal, ordering a sundae and a pup cone, we are told no longer available. Dairy Queen is not providing pup cones any longer. I have always paid the fee of 1.00, for a semi empty cone but it was not an issue as the enjoyment my dog got from it was worth it! Why can we not get them anymore? Why force us to purchase a small cone? This is the main reason we choose Dairy Queen , we can get ice cream anywhere . The enjoyment of getting his pup cone was a favourite. Im disappointed

Ordered a cake, but it got mixed up with someone else’s (there were two Ashleys who ordered for the same day). My brother went to pick it up and was given the wrong cake—no one even asked him to confirm what message should be on it or the phone they collected when I placed the order. When I called to sort it out, the cake manager was rude and laughed like it was a joke. He told us we had to come back to exchange it, and only then asked what colour we wanted for the “Happy Birthday” message—meaning our actual cake wasn’t even ready yet. Very disappointing experience.

Gave me a completely RAW chicken tender. Disgusting. And the cashier who cooked was so quiet all I heard was “that’s on me” and walked away. And the people next to me got the wrong blizzard all together. Do not come here! Drive a couple mins down the road to a place that actually COOKS their chicken correctly.

Waited for a chicken strip basket that was suppose to be 6 strips and fries. I drove out of my way to come to this dq because it had a drive through and I have children with disabilities which makes it difficult to take them into a store. We got barely any fries. When I called they made me repeat my order multiple times “6 pc chicken strip basket” I told them several times there was barely any fries. Someone named Kevin said they are pre portioned, this is not my first time getting this meal, only the first time at this store. I’ve always gotten double this. My kids were going to split it, it’s not enough for even one. I have them inside a can not drive back to the store an get a refund to go somewhere else. I can’t even save the meal to return to the store a get money back as we waited 15 mins for this an my children are now starving. My suggestion is to go anywhere but here
Every time Dairy Queen Canada comes out with a new blizzard. This Dairy Queen seems to make an excuse that online is ahead. This happened twice now not happy with the service , if Dairy Queen Canada says it’s out you should be able to make it..

Trust the recent 1 star reviews. This has to be the most expensive DQ i’ve even been to. For 1 mini and 1 medium blizzard it was 19 DOLLARS. absolutely insane. Will never visit this one again.

They forgot our food order, so it took 30 minutes instead of 10-15 like they said it would. Then when we opened the chicken and fries combo, it had less than a scoop full of fries.
