Overpriced baked goods, with that said the chocolate Croissants (6$ each) were delicious. Staff is always very friendly.

Not a lot of indoor seating, and snug, but there's versatility, including a window seat.

This was our 1st visit to the de la terre bakery location. We have been huge fans of their sourdough bread for many years because it is delivered to a few businesses near our house. It’s a dangerous place to visit. Everything is too good. We bought a few loaves of the Honey Butter Sourdough which is one of the best loaves of bread I’ve ever had. We also tried a Croissant dough cinnamon roll. It has a similar flavour and taste as a Kouign Amann French pastry. I don’t have any pics because everything was eaten too quickly.

I am not exaggerating when I say that the classic breakfast sandwich is the best sandwich to ever bless my tastebuds. Simple but done so well. We will be coming back :)

Really disheartened by the service at the new location. Only one cashier and the service is extremely slow (long lines and and waits). Both the cashier and barista don't seem interested in their customers -- just there to collect cash and pump out orders. This used to be my favorite cafe in St. Catharines, but unfortunately the service has gone down and the prices for a sandwich and coffee are unjustifiable. I'll still continue to purchase sourdough bread, thats about it.

I don’t usually leave reviews. But MAN…. Walked in trying to buy a 10/10 melt that I haven’t had in 2 years. Not on the menu 😢. Defeated I had already kind of wanted to leave but the barista told me the breakfast sandwiches were really good so I took a chance on the pork belly one. It was SOO FREAKING GOOD. Like seriously. If you had asked me a year ago my no1 sandwich of all time it would have been that melt they used to make. Ironically, my NEW, full stop favourite sandwich is that damn pork belly with jalapeños on that DELICIOUS croissant sandwich. If I had 3 on a plate I could eat 5. Cute place as well 5 minute walk away from the beach.

Very reasonable prices for bread but the quality is sort of lacking. This is a gem in town but it's in a bit of an unsavory area. The coffee is decent and deserts are definitely made for the price.

2 days in a row they were sold out of many items at 10am. The male cashier was really rude when asked about buying cheese scones that are available on the website but apparently they dont make in store... New location is terrible tbh.

Probably the worst matcha latte I've ever had (weirdly fishy flavour). Cookie was quite good. Nice airy space, but there was a table completely taken up with dirty dishes.
