This was our 1st visit to the de la terre bakery location. We have been huge fans of their sourdough bread for many years because it is delivered to a few businesses near our house. Really disheartened by the service at the new location. Only one cashier and the service is extremely slow (long lines and and waits). Both the cashier and barista don't seem interested in their customers -- just there to collect cash and pump out orders. This used to be my favorite cafe in St. Catharines, but unfortunately the service has gone down and the prices for a sandwich and coffee are unjustifiable. I don’t usually leave reviews. But MAN…. Walked in trying to buy a 10/10 melt that I haven’t had in 2 years. Not on the menu 😢.
