the food was exactly as ordered and arrived quickly. One of the staff called because one of the pops I ordered and she asked if I wanted a substitution and, if so, which one. That was very much appreciated. I had also requested that the delivery person knock loudly and leave the order on the chair on the front step. This was done as requested, as well.

Ordered an XL. Was in a rush didn't open the box to check. When I got home I was in shock the amount of crust which I ordered regular crust. Only two bites on each slice and rest is crust. It was like a small pizza with hugeee crust around it.

Ordered a pizza like always and I buzzed him in but never received my order I call the store they say the guy couldn’t find me but he knew my buzz code so my apartment number is there and then proceeded to try and send me a cold hour ago pizza I don’t know where the good staff that is always there but I’m so over people that can’t understand English messing my food up.

Every time I order from this location, it arrives cold. They begin making the order immediately upon receiving it, but then the driver doesn't leave until 20 minutes after its done being made. Today was the last straw when I ordered at 11:52 AM. They began making the order right away and the estimated delivery time frame was 10-20 mins. They completed making it at 11:59 AM. Then I waited and waited until 12:40 PM with still no update on the driver having even left the store yet. I called to confirm and the store admitted the food was still there. I don't know if they need more drivers or better timing with when they actually begin making the order to line up better with the drivers timing because this quality control and that they are ok with serving a pizza that sat there for 40 minutes is disgusting.

edit : quality has worsen over the last few months. I was their regular customer from oct 2023 and last 3 times pizza was so so bad still i gave them benefit of doubt ordering again as i could be one time mistake but done with them now. Idk if its shuffle of staff or what . Disappointed and not going back
their frequent customer now due to polite staff and amazing pizzas 😊 order always get ready on time
