Ordered some dinner for myself and my children tonight, pizza was terrible BUT I also got an order of wings “supposed to be BBQ” and when opening the box they looked so unappealing and to my surprise no bbq sauce. Called dominos because I thought maybe they had made a mistake with my wings, the lady I spoke with was so rude, and told me their wings are made marinated in bbq (WHERE?) and that’s how they come, I asked if they could be replaced because nowhere does it say this and i expected wings with bbq sauce, she told me there was nothing she can do and next time to get an actual bbq sauce to put on them. So very upset with the service today, the tone the lady had the food and just everything overall!

I ordered delivery and everything was hot and done the way I had asked. I am not disappointed. Thanks domino's (Hartzle rd location)
I have been to this location multiple times and never had any issues, except for tonight. I placed an order for delivery from this location which is 2 minutes away from me. I got a text saying my order was on the way, I waited about 20 minutes, never recieved a text saying it was here , and never got a knock at the door. When I called the store I was told the pizza was left on my porch and he knocked and left it on my porch . I wasnt notified through text . Im very dissappointed, what happened to handing the pizza to the customer like how it use to be? I have NEVER had it left on the porch floor. Didn't even receive a text saying it arrived, Thats unsanitary and inconsiderate and makes me question the ethics being instilled in these new employees. Need to do better. Ill be ordering from a different location from here on out.

Food arrived in a timely fashion and piping hot. Much needed on moving day. Not many places beat Domino’s in my books especially bang for your buck.

Pizza was SO good, tons of pepperoni and you can’t beat the coupons in the app, Dominos is the only reasonably priced takeout these days! Great food, great value!
