Ordered take out of a mix of rolls and appetizer plate. 🙅🏻♀️For the first time I saw crunchy tempura bits in sushi roll, 😥makes the sushi roll look bigger and filling but doesn’t taste good at all.. Food Portion is ok by average. Very pretty wrapping, with nice cutlery packs.

I found a use an inferior oil to cook with the eggrolls were disgusting. Anything that’s fried there I would avoid. Overall for $40 per plate. I wasn’t that impressed August 8 blows them away.

I came to this locating by accident. For my birthday we got reservations for the Niagara Falls location since that's where we were staying. I picked the wrong location when I booked my Uber. Luckily I did, the staff we excellent. Friendly and helpful. Most of all, everything we ate was delicious. Thanks for the birthday treat and the great service! Highly recommend

The people who left negative reviews had to have been at a different place. For starters the servers were all fantastic! I had 4-5 different people constantly taking care of me, and I was alone. The atmosphere is great, dimly lite, warm and welcoming. The food OMG! I had octopus, salmon, red tuna, white tuna, eel, sea bass, clams, oysters, beef , snow rolls, creme brulee, mango cheese cake, deep fried oreo, and I'm likely forgetting something. All was fantastic! Fresh, tasty, and great presentation. I highly recommend East Izakaya and will definitely return.
I recently returned to East Izakaya for a second visit and had exactly the same wonderful experience as the first. As someone who travels extensively for business across Ontario, I’m always searching for restaurants that rise above “just good.” For me, the essentials are atmosphere, food quality, service, location, and a menu that offers something beyond the usual. East Izakaya delivers on all counts. I highly recommend it, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit—though I’ll try to eat a little less next time (no promises).

Came here for dinner with friends and family. I like that there’s an option for Ala carte or AYCE. Their bento box prices are pretty decent pricing for the amount you get which is great. People are nice as well.
