We got seated right away, the waitress looked after us immediately, the food came quickly and the servings were very generous. Nothing not to like!

I had the most abysmal experience at this restaurant possible...and I was there 5 seconds!
The place is advertised as being open until 3:00 PM, but when I arrived at 2:05 PM on a Saturday, I was told by the staff that they weren’t seating anyone! I'm really hoping that this was told to anyone that would have come in after us not just because I'm a woman of color in St Catharines that walked in there with my white partner.🤨
To make matters worse, the restaurant was completely empty, and there was no indication that they weren’t accepting customers. I was able to walk into a nearby Sunset Grill just five minutes later, which was also advertised as open until 3:00 PM, and was seated immediately.
It’s frustrating to see a business fail to live up to its advertised hours, especially when other places in the area are more than happy to accommodate customers. I’m left wondering if the owner or management even knows about the poor service and lack of professionalism their staff is providing. Running a business like this just doesn’t make sense, and I have no problem saying I'll never return here.

I had a great experience at Eggsmart today! Our server, Carrie, was incredibly helpful and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed, was super attentive, and handled our requests quickly and with a smile. I’ve been to many Eggsmart locations, but this one was phenomenal, largely thanks to Carrie’s outstanding service. Her understanding and friendly attitude really made our meal more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot!!

Good food but the windows either need a good cleaning or replacing. Not very inviting from the outside. Gives off a we're not open for business vibe. Definitely needs some curb appeal like potted flowers, clean windows, maybe a more noticeable open for business sign. Also strange to not use the front door. I've seen people get back in their cars and leave because of it. If you do happen to stop in there, the food will not disappoint.
Place was a little dirty ( dust around vents and on ceiling tiles in the kitchen). The server was fast , friendly, and attentive. My bacon was cooked the day before, tasty but hard.

We've been there 4 times in last 2 months. The first two times were quite good. A young man served us both times. 5 Stars.!The last 2 times, including today, were less than memorable.A young lady was serving these times. She was not as attentive or engaging as the man. We gave it another chance today and it was worse. The service by her was slow. We had to ask for coffee refills twice. Then I found an ant crawling over my food. I showed her, when she showed up with coffee.Her remarks were: "Well that's not very good...oh well 'tis the season!"Wow!! Not even a sorry.!! I didn't eat any more, and just waited 10 minutes for the bill. I finally asked her. where to pay?She said "I took your bill off"., and while that's good, She made no effort to tell us!Still waiting for sorry...Won't be back.
