Food was undoubtedly good. Place was messy, mop was left near our table, the floors were sticky, and the tables were not properly cleaned. We had to use our own wipes to feel comfortable eating off the table. I had told the waiter (young girl with black hair) we’re a family of 6 and she let out the biggest sigh. Keep in mind it was 11:00 am.

I tried this place before and it wasn’t bad but today it was terrible service, environment and food. I waited a hour after I ordered for eggs and bacon. I know it was a bit busy but when I got my food, I was cold and soggy. When I today the waitress I was asked if I wanted my food microwave? Never have I been to a place that offers to mircowave the food you’re paying for? I overheard the waitress and cook having an argument and he couldn’t keep up with all the bills but yet there were only about 4 tables with people sitting at them. I’m not sure if it’s just the cooks fault my food was no good, or if it’s just the staff for letting it sit? Also my plate was hot when I got it and that suggests it was already heated up once? Terrible experience and I wouldn’t suggest you waste your money here.

Wow, the two servers this morning may 31st rude as heck! We sat down and were told we couldn’t sit at the back. I asked why she had no real reason behind it. I said I’d like to sit here and they just were snotty and ignorant. So I said ok I will just go elsewhere. With her snotty attitude (young girl black hair) said “byeeeeee” really rude and unprofessional. We won’t return to this establishment.

The French Benedict was so bomb! And the classic breakfast was classicly good lol. Our waiter Jennifer was one of the nicest waiters I’ve ever had. Even with the good food she makes this spot a definite come back for my bf and I.

We got seated right away, the waitress looked after us immediately, the food came quickly and the servings were very generous. Nothing not to like!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure about wheelchair, but even mom's walker had a tough time getting over the curb on the east side of the building.

The place is advertised as being open until 3:00 PM, but when I arrived at 2:05 PM on a Saturday, I was told by the staff that they weren’t seating anyone! I'm really hoping that this was told to anyone that would have come in after us not just because I'm a woman of color in St Catharines that walked in there with my white partner.🤨
To make matters worse, the restaurant was completely empty, and there was no indication that they weren’t accepting customers. I was able to walk into a nearby Sunset Grill just five minutes later, which was also advertised as open until 3:00 PM, and was seated immediately.
It’s frustrating to see a business fail to live up to its advertised hours, especially when other places in the area are more than happy to accommodate customers. I’m left wondering if the owner or management even knows about the poor service and lack of professionalism their staff is providing. Running a business like this just doesn’t make sense, and I have no problem saying I'll never return here.
