I was quite disappointed š, this eggsmart is in a very busy location, so I thought it might be quick service in and out. We waited for a long time to be seated or even acknowledged, by staff. When seated we waited a long time for a waiter to take iur orders, coffee was cold I had to ask for a refill not offered it. Food was order was forgotten and food was left on the shelf waiting so by the time we got it, it was cold. Waiter tried to be nice to male up for the food service but, it was very dissapointing. We were sat by the window which left a slight cold draft in. Im sorry I cannot give a recommendation, try another breakfast place.

Very, very rude and seemed discriminatory. We walked out because they treated us so badly. Avoid at all costs, and expect to wait a long time if you're a visible minority. Seniors are not respected. It seemed very dirty and smelled bad. I heard that someone got food poisoning.

Coffee tasted stale. Ingredients were very low quality, you could tell no one cared about the food. Wait times were long despite nearly every table empty. Customer service was also less than satisfactory. BUT, the place was clean and the home fries were actually pretty good. Everything else though... not even close. š

First of all, the waiting time was quite long even though the restaurant wasnāt busy. I ordered pancakes, but they were not properly cooked. I regularly try different places just for pancakes, and this was the first time Iāve ever sent a dish back. Unfortunately, the waitress didnāt really listen to my concern and kept interrupting instead of trying to understand the issue. In the end, I was still asked to pay for a dish I didnāt eat, which was very disappointing.
Iāve been to well over a hundred restaurants, and this was by far the worst customer service experience Iāve had. The waitress was unprofessional and unwilling to listen, which made an already disappointing situation much worse.
Recently had a very unpleasant experience at Eggsmart.260 Geneva St St. Catharines ON L2N 2E8 Canada Very dirty with many tables not cleaned . We were sat next to a booth where our server was stock piling all the dirty plates from previous customers. We asked for a refill of coffee 3 times . We never did get it after waiting 15 minutes . When server did eventually come we declined the coffee and simply asked for our bill and left .

We went for breakfast this morning. Jennifer was amazing she is the sweetest server i ever met. The food was amazing highly recommend their freshly squeezed orange juice. Love the service and food. Price was reasonable.
