If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Came here on a Thursday night for all you can eat. $23, most of the food was gone or if there was anything left it was dried up and hard as a rock. I went to put my fork in a chicken ball and it flew off my plate. There were no noodles, the salad bar had nothing out. The ice cream bar didn’t have much ice cream remaining in the 4 tubs. The desert bar was stale. Pastry puffs should melt in your mouth not hurt to bite into. We were there for about 45-1h and still no fresh food was put out. I paid $23 to eat rice, empirical roll, hard chicken ball and a little cup of ice cream… never again !!!!!

Me and my boyfriend just ate here and it was absolutely disgusting. $27 per person for soggy, cold, oily food. Very few selection with mostly empty trays. Bit into a piece of cake that tasted like mold. Would give 0 stars if possible. Save your money.

Food is not good at all. The selection is not large to begin with, plus half the trays are empty. Don't be fooled by the price, spend the extra 10$ and go to the Mandarin. Business advice to you guys, don't use no name garbage to keep your prices cheap in order to compensate. People will pay more money for a better experience and food. Rebuild your brand before it's too late

The food was good. My daughters first time, she enjoyed most of her meal, the soup was cold and there was only one flavor of ice cream. Also there was a man sitting behind us watching a movie on his phone, it was very loud and disturbing. It should not be allowed in a public restaurant. I was disappointed he wasn’t told to turn it off. I have been to this restaurant many times and have never had anything like this happen. Thank you

Excellent service, and the food was delightful! There was a great variety of foods available, including non-Asian dishes, and the hot&sour soup was really good!

Horrible! Went there at 4:30 on my supper break and it was gross reheated food! The broccoli was super soggy which means it was reboiled, the chicken balls were very hard and tough which means they were microwaved, the chicken wings were spongy tough and lukewarm which means they were reheated in a microwave, the vegetables in the rice tasted like an old freezer, the napkins smelled like a mildew basement and while I sat and tried to find something reasonable enough to consume on my plate I was watching a swarm of ants eating an old piece of food under the table next to me. I don't appreciate someone trying to sell me leftovers. Not recommended!

STAY AWAY!! Very limited selections, food was cold and took over an hour to prepare, even though we called in advance. Chicken balls are mostly batter, hard rice, lemon chicken was rubbery, green beans tasted like FISH. Will not be returning.

Over the years, we had many meals here, both take out and eat in, and because it had been quite a while, decided to go there for a family birthday. We arrived at 5 expecting fresh food. Everything tasted like it had been sitting there since lunch…dried out, chewy, and some things impossible to even cut with a knife. Our first time in a long while, but definitely our last.

I use to go here when it was under old ownership and the food was good. Me and my boyfriend went there today, the food was cold, some of it stale, the food was dry, hard (lemon chicken) and the taste was horrible. There was only 1 other couple there when we went. Also all the deserts were stale and the ice cream look very old. Would not recommend going there and would never go back!

We stopped for lunch on Father's day and were there shortly after they opened..got busier by the time we were leaving. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.. Used to live closer and had supper here quite often but we don't go as often as we should now ?

This shud have been the busiest in the restaurant but unfortunately im the only persom.who is adventurous enough to try it and willing to get a food poison. Anyhoo. Food.is like a dog food quality like too bad im very generous for tip and i still tip and i had regretably shud have not done so.

We did the buffet for two people and it was one of the worst, if not the worst buffet we’ve tried. Everything on the buffet was cold, mushy and without flavour. Extremely disappointed with everything. Will not be returning - save your money and go anywhere else. It cost $58 for two people and unfortunately we weren’t there for longer than 30 minutes.

The Emerald Buffet is probably the best priced Chinese Buffet in the Niagara region. The selection is also pretty big, for being a smaller restaurant, and all of the items are very good. Where they lack the most is their desert selection, minus their seamen balls which are amazing. If you are looking for good food, at a decent price and aren't too concerned about having a huge dessert selection, I think you would enjoy this place.

Went here tonite with the family, was seriously disappointed! Food was burnt to the bottom of the pans and yet ice cold... There was hardly anything! We spoke with kitchen staff and server about getting more food the new food came out and was mixed in with all the old burnt food right in front of us! My brother on law didnt even eat and we were charged for him atrocious food save your money!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced in my life. And was just a pick up order that never happened after 40 mins. So disorganized.
