The first time I ordered my pizza online, thought I’d give it a try. Walked in 25 mins later they had not even started my pizza, this was a few weeks ago. I thought I’d give them another try today maybe it was a one off. I ordered online again I read it carefully the confirmation it will be 30 mins was the estimated time. I walked in 35 mins since I ordered, it was not ready for another 15 mins. I won’t be ordering from there again. The staff didn’t apologize for this happening or even seem to care. The pizza was fine, nothing outstanding.

Great customer service, and the food tasted delicious. I ordered a large pizza, it was so fresh and made to perfection. A generous layer of cheese with the toppings on it. I have tried multiple pizza stores around the area and this is my favorite so far

Pizza is great. Service and general attitude of staff towards customers is less than pleasing to be around. We were met with F bombs and complaints about us ordering, and just a not good look for new people. The attitude alone made it less than enjoyable to be in there.

WOW this is by far excellent pizza. The dough is made fresh in house and boy can you tell. It has an excellent chew and light as air with a nice crispy crust. I would have taken pics of my slices, but I ate them so fast. Lol also the mozzarella cheese is so flavourful and not rubbery like other joints I’ve eaten at. Hands down an awesome place to eat and order pizza from. I will be back team! Thank you

Food is terrible. Pizza wasnt cooked through. I wont even comment on the atmosphere outside, its queenston st so its to be expected. However when i come in to purchase food i dont expext to be treat with suspicion and judgment.Some food for thought for the owner, I dont live in the area, you do!

I asked if there were any cheese slices the guy working said he sold the last 3 and it would be a 10 min wait. I waited 15 mins and he tried handing me a pepperoni slice and proceeded to tell me i never said cheese. Well " cheese slice" and "pepperoni slice" sound nothing alike and im a vegetarian so i wont eat a slice with meat. I wasted my 30 min lunch break and never got to eat il never be back

The pizza's ok... nice crust but a bit overpriced for what you get. I would give them 4 stars for the pizza but their delivery guy aggressively says "Do you want change?" as if it's too much work to make change and instead of letting the customer offer a tip. A tip is a gift, not something to demand. There's a delivery fee already factored into the price and I was going to tip him anyway, just not the 25% tip he was asking for. Purely because of him, I'm unlikely to order from Fabio's again.
