This was our first time ordering from here. When I called to place the order the male on the other end of the phone was pleasant and easy to hear but I had to repeat myself a few times. He gave me a price right away which I find most places don't do, you have to ask for the total. The service was good, the staff was polite and friendly. The wings were boxed up sitting and waiting as the pizza wasn't ready yet. When I got it home I was very disappointed in the wings. They were extremely over cooked and you could visually see that!!! The wings were small and they were not easy to chew or swallow!!! They went right into the garbage, it was like eating chicken jerky!! The sauce was very cheap tasting and not enjoyable at all. We even had 3 different flavors, all of which tasted like sugar filled cheap no name sauces. The pizza was over cooked, it was like biting into cardboard and the ingredients were very cheap tasting, nothing seemed fresh. It all tasted like extremely preserved low quality ingredients. We wanted to love it because the staff was friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from here again.

My family and I ordered from Fabios once and had a great experience, the veal sandwich was one of the best I ever had. Excited to have found a new place we could depend on we stated order more often, I wish I could say the phenomenal experience we had the first time was what we got every time we went but that is far from the truth. Each time we have ordered veal sandwiches since, there was something wrong with our order. The meat was cold, the toppings were not what we asked for. I called and complained once and spoke to the owner himself, who said that it was because of the night staff. He said that he had received other complaints of similar sorts before and spoken with this team but did not know what else he could do, feeling like they were not able to handle dinner rush and would get swamped. I tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt and kept ordering but ensuring to specify exactly what I wanted in terms of toppings. The last 3 orders I placed were all messed up. Most recently, I had asked for extra bell peppers since I do not like spicy food, but what I got on my sandwich was extra hot peppers, every single sandwich had the wrong toppings and all of our meals were ruined. I was so fed up that I didn't even bother to call and complain because what good was it going to do, clearly these people just weren't learning from their mistakes. They have now lost a loyal customer. If you are okay with surprises and getting something other than what you ordered, this place is for you.

Had lunch here today sat in and ate a slice of pizza and a pop staff was very friendly and handled each customer with great service during the lunch rush ! Can’t to go back loved the environment !

Heard the place had a great veal sandwich. Guy tells me a veal sandwich is quick and then walks out of the place. Pretty sure the guy in back gave two sandwiches to the guy waiting as well. This happens after waiting 25 minutes, I see him start making mine. Asked for no mushrooms or sweet peppers.
Leave a little frustrated for the long wait. Open my sandwich the thing is loaded with mushrooms and red peppers.
Went to Fabio's for their famous veal sandwich after reading they had placed second in Ontario for their veal sandwich. It was worth the 45 drive to enjoy this amazing lunch! I can't imagine how good the others were if this came in second. It was delicious, and Fabio and family were so friendly. I would definitely go there again...but be warned, bring a healthy appetite as it's a very large sandwich!
