People are paying for the food, you must use some common sense. I ordered a buffalo chicken bowl and it was DROWNED in sauce. Who in the right mind does that?? If someone gets sour cream and burrito sauce on the bowl just add some lines of each on top… whoever made it used half the bottle of each sauce. Please train your employees PROPERLY on how to prepare the food!

My first experience at this restaurant chain was great! The staff was friendly, pleasant, and made customizing my order easy.

I especially enjoyed the spicy sauce on my Small Vegetable burrito. My mouth is still burning, and she warned me! 😂

I will be back again!
The small is quite a good portion for the price!

The new staff is poorly trained by management and the staff member was unable to properly understand my questions leading to a subpar experience. The supervisor even admitted to me she was new and made a mistake, but refused to rectify my order for me. The best part is the burrito was also assembled poorly.

Food is great. My service dog and I will not be back as another customer had a non service dog in the store who kept barking and growling at my service dog. I left the store waiting for them to leave and the lady with the dog came out to let me get my order (her dog continuing to bark and growl). The staff member handed me my food and didn’t acknowledge what had occurred and said nothing. I dropped my burrito on the ground due to the commotion of the barking dog and the store refused to re-make my order. I called back and was told they were worried my service dog was going to be bitten and froze up. When I pointed out the laws around service dogs the lady seemed disinterested and unwilling to acknowledge that she misunderstood the law and expressed frustration with the other customer leaving. I will not be returning and will be sharing my story with my community of other Canadians with disabilities.

Terrible! Employee needs training on how to make basic tacos! I got a taco filled with cheese tasted like dough with cold cheese

Just picked up two Thai chicken burritos.. one big and one huge.
Chicken pieces overcooked and very sparse...eat here often and this was terrible and pretty disappointing for 32$

Although my experience wasn't very good I have to say that Rachelle from customer service was exceptional..
She turned this into a great experience after all..

Had a great lunch today! The lady working was all by herself and keeping up with all the orders at a good pace as it was pretty busy. It’s a little tight in there with 4 other people waiting for their food though. Anyways the burrito was fantastic and my partners bowl was as well. Friendly and great service will be coming back!

I used to go to places like Uneedapita or Burrito Boyz, but ever since the first time I've been here, they've been COMPLETELY ruined for me.

Every visit the guys are friendly, respectful, and the food is fantastic.I haven't had a single bad experience in the many times I've been here.

This place would be a 5/5 if they weren’t so cheap with the serving size.
The bowls they use are smaller than their competitors and if you Order double of anything you get what a single serving should be.

To be very honest I didn’t eat food from here but today I picked up the food for someone from this place I feel the smell wow
And reason for write this review the speed for person (boy) he is working like a machine he is alone at store an d handle near about 10 order at a time

I work at the fairview mall and have been going there for all my shift meals for the past two months. Rashmeet and Harjeet, the two girls that work there, are super friendly, and sociable. They always remember my order, and they serve it up with a smile! I hope they get some sort of recognition for their hard work because they deserve it!

For some reason, Google is not letting me add a photo but our queso dip containers were basically empty. Eating plain nacho chips is gross and it completely ruined the experience. Since there was actual dip in both of containers (i.e. it wasn't forgotten) you have to assume they just purposely gave us about a tablespoon of Queso instead of 6 oz. and charged us about $7 for it. Never buying from them again.
