On December 15th, at the 281 forth avenue location. I entered into the fire house sub. Not a single greeting or hello. Took 5 minutes for the angry mean rude toned lady to take my order. I understand there were a few customers infront of me and there is only 2 of them. She didn’t understand that was not my concern that she isn’t busy. I did make a comment and said “wow you seem really happy don’t you”, she then proceed say get upset with me and raise her voice towards me and express how she believed her attitude was fine and it’s not about her attitude, her attitude it fine and as someone taking my order she is allowed to speak to me in that manner Just because she was a little busy around a dinner time rush and her excuse was “it’s only two of us, and she is new and I am training her, I have to worry about the customers behind you.” Mind she only decided to engage with me once other walk three the door and lined up behind me. I wasn’t upset the place was a little busy, I was very understanding that it is dinner time and they are a popular restaurant. It was the atmosphere that was created the second I walked into the door. The males that are usually working all say hello and great the customer regardless of how busy they are. I’m unimpressed with her tone and attitude, she’s busy and having a terrible day so she that gives her the right to act rude and be upset because the restaurant is busy and she has to do her job. It’s unfortunate management was unprepared with scheduling more workers around dinner time. However this female employee training a new hire doesn’t greet with a smile, “what can I get you” “what else” “that all”, her tone and attitude was terrible for someone within customer service industry and if this is an example of what firehouse management at this location is teaching their training staff or allowing other staff to unprofessional training their staff to do and how they are training their staff to act I am absolutely disgusted.

After numerous meal mishaps, delivery issues and giving them a numerous opportunities to make things right - I would highly recommend ANY other location than this one. Disappointed. Your moneys better spent elsewhere
