Originally I rated 3 stars for atmosphere. It was only because I never eat-in there. But I'll change it to a five, simply because when I have picked up food in person, the shop is clean, bright and friendly staff.

I came in last night with my husband. I'll start by saying that we are routine customers SOLELY because the food is consistent and tastes great.
However, the customer service is beyond terrible, and has been since we became customers. Last night I asked to split my payment between cash and debit. The girl who took our order looked so put out by my request. She rolled her eyes at us and sighed with frustration like it was a total inconvenience. I'm used to the staff being unfriendly, but last night they were almost intimidating. We waited 25 minutes for our food, with no explanation as to why, and no advanced notice.
No one smiles at you. No one bothers to say hello. The environment and atmosphere are terrible. Very unfriendly. The staff look like they are miserable to be there.

I’ve never hade fire subs before but glad to say I never will after doing a deliver today I was waiting 15 mins then another customer came walks in and they stop doing my order to do there’s and I was there for 15 mins prior already then you made there food then finished my order after 30 mins

I've heard people say that Fire House subs is incredible and much better than subway. Today, I had my very first Fire House sub and... Meh. It certainly wasn't bad but not "better" than any other sandwich I've ever had. It's average.

Today my wife ordered 2 subs to be picked up at 5:15 pm. When ordering online she made a mistake and put 3:30 pm. The store called her when she wasn't there to pick them up at 3:30 and she informed them she made a mistake and it was supposed to be 5:15. When I arrived to pick up the subs the girl working tried to give me the subs that have been sitting out for almost 2 hours and said she'd just have to reheat them. I told her I'd like new ones made as I didn't want to get sick. I got attitude for the first time since I have been coming here. I don't even know if they remade them or not to be honest. I'm really unsatisfied with the customer service I received today, and honestly probably won't be returning. We used to order at least once a week, but I think it's time to go elsewhere. The customer service used to be great there, not sure what has happened.

The subs here are delicious. It is made while you wait with hand carved meat. Everything is fresh and you get a really good pickle spear in the side of each sub.
I want to download the APP, but there are only COMPLAINTS & then apologies but nothing is being done. I hear food is good & prices are high

Host is very kind. Food is incredible, I recommend the New York Steamer. Every time someone walks in they say welcome and every time someone leaves they say bye! Very kind and delicious experience.
