The new location is awesome. Lots of parking and easy to get to.
Ordered coconut chicken curry soup and chicken salad sandwich, and my wife ordered the turkey sandwich with provolone. The soup was perfect and hit the spot, and the chicken salad was hearty and delicious.
The young lady taking our order was excellent and gave us options to choose from with ease.

salad today was very disappointing. half an hour before closing and the chicken bacon ranch salad was gross. I dont think it was romaine and spinach as listed in the salad it was hard to tell as it was very wilted and mushy. the cucumbers were slimey like they sat there all day and the chicken and cheese in the salad was very hard to find. For a salad almost $20 after tax i felt ripped off. I wont be ordering a salad there again.

Fantastic home made food. Spicey Italian sub is huge. I don’t think I could buy the meat at the deli for what they charge. It’s a busy place at lunchtime to I waited 15 minutes. Well worth it, I will be back.

Me and the family were on the way to the beach so we stopped by for some sandwiches to go, I loved the kicked up tuna melt plus I asked to add the chipotle sauce (which should be a regular on that sandwich), my wife could tell I liked it since I didn't say a word until it was done.

First, the food. It was very good. We had the House soup (chicken curry), and I had the Cordon Bleu melt. It was hot, fresh, and tasty. This, alone, is worth coming here.
We were eating in, but the server packaged everything up to go, not realizing that. We got small little plastic spoons to eat with. The tables were very low to the ground with chairs that weren't too comfortable.
The other thing, being that we're tourists, is that the menu was way too complicated. It was hard to see what they had without standing there for 10 minutes reading. We kind of just quickly picked what jumped out without really trying to understand our options.

Amazing sandwiches and such wonderful service from the owner who obviously pours her whole heart into what she does. Everything is homemade and my celiac partner was beyond happy with the delicious gluten free bread options. Highly recommend this as your new lunch spot!

Pulled off the QEW to go to Flavor Fuel found out they were no longer at the location behind the shell on ontario. Found the new location just over the bridge at Henley plaza. Ordered the special which was roast beef sub and I had it on keto bun. AMAZING!!! The flavour and toppings were delicious. Picked up a few desserts for home they were also delicious. Now to get to the atmosphere and service .......10 stars ! So friendly and welcoming, wonderful family run business! Wishing you the best of luck in the new location. 💐💐💐💐💐

This place is absolutely phenomenal 😍 we got a jalepeno popper grilled cheese and eggplant parm hot sandwich on keto bread and they were sooo good. The flavours are perfect and it feels soo homemade. Their keto desserts are also delicious, we had the snickers chocolate cake and the “sex in a pan” and omggg, it was like I died and went to heaven! Totally kicks the sweet tooth cravings in then butt lol not to mention the very friendly staff!
