This location has terrible management. Their employees are not trained properly. The team they have is very inconsistent with pricing of their products. One person charges one price for an item and the next person charges $3 more for the same product. This happens with multiple of the items on their menu. They refuse to give out free iced water and started charging .56cents per cup. Which was do able. Then proceeded to change the pricing. One employee charged me $1.10 and then the same day another charged me $2.25. They need to stay consistent.

Very bad experience. We bought mango juice from here for the first time. The mango was rotten and the juice was tasting horrible. Still we purchased from here again thinking it will get better. The matcha we bought the second time was worse. I don't recommend this store.

In general the boba tea is a popular and appetizing drink, but over here we had a bad experience, the matcha we ordered tasted like vomit. It was a terrible experience, the staff there was very rude and unwelcoming. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place

First time at this place. I had a chocolate banana protein smoothie and it was absolutely delicious. Also ordered a macaroon which was equally as good! The girl behind the counter, which I should have asked her name because she was very pleasant and great to deal with being my first time at the establishment. Pretty girl from Bangladesh. Anyhow, she was very helpful and a great employee. I will definitely be back.
