Ordered pizza .. special was advertised at 2 slices and pop for 4.99 plus tax but got charged 7.83 ... Then got told it was only certain slices but the advertisement didn't say only certain slices. And then the person working blamed me and said I should have asked for "terms and conditions" of the advertisement. Poor customer service.

Terrible. Bought a piece of cheesecake for a birthday gift to be given that night , $12. It was FROZEN … didn’t know this till later , why not let the customers know you have none ready I really should get my money back. Do not recommend this outfit at all. Shameful business practice

I ordered a couple of cupcakes and there was a super strong chemical taste in the icing. I can only liken it to the smell of acrylic nails and what I imagine that would taste like. I spit it out immediately because it felt dangerous to be ingesting, it was that bad. So yeah there’s something very very wrong with their vanilla frosting and some syrups. Like very wrong.

Horrible customer service. Rude staff, way over priced for what your getting. Waited over 30 minutes for 4 items, and one of those items was just a bottle of root beer. Order is completely wrong. I'd ask for my money back if I could, and I'd give negative stars if there was an option

I stopped in to grab two pieces of pizza quickly on my way out somewhere, and the service from Fahad was outstanding. The pizza was honestly great and the price is unbeatable, but Fahad was lovely and professional. I will be telling people to stop in here for a slice.

had such a good experience at this location.( Such an amazing and friendly staff.Fahadh )I found that they were very acommodating and payed close attention to detail and cleanliness. And for a plus my food was delicious! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Great service, Efficient timing enjoyed the drink thoroughly , as it was very tasty, smooth and very delicious. It wasn’t chunky and bulky to the point where you couldn’t drink probably throughout the straw. Fahad was a excellent chef in my books.

Fahid was unbelievably rude. Their point of sale machine bugged out. Showing the charge pending on my Amex Fahid refused to give me my order. I showed the exact order on the screen. Had to talk to the manager for my order to be given to me.
