Best breakfast in the whole Niagara Region! Unique presentations including a brisket hash bowl made with the house smoked Brisket. (My personal favourite) The prices can’t be beat and the service is second to none. It’s never “just breakfast” it’s a food adventure. Why go anywhere else for breakfast?

After the owners weirdly rude and dismissive response, I've adjusted service down to a justified 1 star.
While most people do own a debit card, many deliberately choose not to carry or use it for everyday purchases. Debit transactions pull money directly from your bank account and offer significantly weaker fraud and dispute protections, whereas credit cards provide chargebacks, zero-liability policies, and consumer safeguards. This is a common and sensible financial choice.
As for the water, you absolutely do charge $1.50 for it, anybody could find that out by looking at your menu, and I don't know why you would try to lie about that.
I don't know what to say about the dishes remark, but I totally would have laughed, had you said it.
Regarding payment: my friend paid for the group, and we all e-transferred him back immediately, right in front of you.
The dismissive tone and inaccurate claims in your response say far more about your approach to customers than my original review ever did. Have fun driving your business into the ground.

The place doesn't accept credit and they don't really mention it until you get to the cashier, so we finished our meal and then didn't have any way to pay as we don't carry debit or cash. They used the excuse that they'd have to raise their prices if they accepted credit, but there are plenty of more adorable breakfast spots that gladly accept credit (namely the Queens Coach).
They also charge for water, but don't mention that upon ordering, so don't sit down and immediately order water without looking at the menu first.
If you're looking for breakfast food at a reasonable price, there are way better alternatives to this one, and if you're looking for good breakfast food, you're looking in the wrong place.

My wife and I had Eggs Benny, the portions were huge and the meal was excellent. Super fast service and very nice friendly staff. Would definitely reccomend and will return next time I'm back in the area. It's an old diner that's very authentic.

Really good bacon and egg breakfast. I like that they leave a pot of coffee at the table with you. They have good seasoning for the home fries on the table as well. Pancakes were okay. Great customer service.

Stopped in after driving passed for years and it was definitely worth it. The waitress was friendly and seated me quick. I got my menu and tea almost immediately and it was enough for 3 cups! I ordered the next time she was around and it felt like my meal was out in 5/10 minutes! It was very good other than the potatos which were mediocre and the only reason for the loss of a star. I would stop in again for the great service, quick food, and great taste.
