No sign letting you know whether to seat yourself or wait to be seated even with a large sandwich board blocking your way to the tables but the service by the server was great! Breakfast was pretty quick and tasted delicious. The server was attentive to everyone there and really nice.

So disappointed that we were charged HST this morning on our breakfast order. We mentioned to the waitress that the HST break ends tonight at midnight but she said the owner was reinstating it today and she would be charged if she did not apply it to our bill. We will be reporting this to the CRA.

On Jan. 10th I held my husband's 70th birthday party at Grazie Cafe. We couldn't be any happier with how everything went that evening and even the planning meeting we had with Robert the owner. He provided us with choices for appetizers, made substitions I wanted and was so accommodating with all my requests. The food was freshly prepared, served on time and according to all my guest, delicious. He also provided a playlist I requested. All my guests commented on the venue as being cozy, comfortable, visually pleasing with the set up of the tables, the convenience of the bar and washrooms and having the large windows and the beautiful wall with the TV. We were able to decorate with balloons, banners and centerpieces as we pleased. Robert and Ashley were extremely professional, yet personable with all the guests. With good food, wonderful atmosphere and personable hosts I would highly recommend the Cafe for all your family functions. Christine K

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Grazie Cafe . I found multiple hair in my food, which is unacceptable at any dining establishment. When I informed the staff, they did replace my meal, did not provide a discount, or take any meaningful action—yet I was still charged in full.
It’s not about getting a free meal, but about how the situation was handled. At high-end restaurants I’ve visited, similar incidents were met with a proper apology and a gesture of goodwill, such as waiving the cost of the dish. Sadly, that level of care and professionalism was completely lacking here.
I expected better service and accountability and will think twice before dining here again or recommending this place to others.

Our new favourite breakfast/lunch/brunch place! Can't believe we're just finding this place now. Warm atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. They had so many unique brunch options and I love the selection of specialty coffee, espressos, and lattes. You can tell the food was prepared with love... And It was nice to enjoy a Mimosa with brunch!
