HAMBRGR St. Catharines

Happy to go back again. I almost missed ordering the adult milkshake because I didn't see it on the menu. FYI it's on the jug centrepiece

They recently changed the menu and it's not as good as it once was. Our waitress took our order and we asked to sub out sides. She gladly took the order. The kitchen, however, was not willing to complete substitutes (fries for onion rings). Not very accommodating especially when there was no fine print saying "no substitutions" . Food came out cold and all the burgers were over cooked. Our waitress was a gem despite all the cooking fails. We used to enjoy coming here but I can't say it will be on our list to return after our recent visit. Just not what it used to be!

Hard to believe that they ran out of chicken wings. Poutine was average. Good burgers and onion rings.

First time trying hamburger in Saint Catherine's, it's like a better version of the works, husband and I will definitely be back. Staff was amazing super friendly waitress. Food was fresh would recommend hamburgers and the country fried chicken and definitely the onion rings! 

We had a fabulous time, our waitress was amazing and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back

I love the food and the service here! It’s a chill place to eat with super friendly servers and great cooks! The burgers have always come out perfect and the portion sizes are great. Every week they do a different featured smash burger and they've even taken one or two of my suggestions before. Leanne was very easy to talk to and made delicious mixed drinks too, and the cook loves making the milkshakes, so make sure to order one ;)

The food was good, but the service was not. I have to agree with the other reviews stating their servers were dismissive and indifferent. It made our experience quite uncomfortable.

Went for our daughter’s 18th birthday. Food was great! We had burgers, fries, milkshakes and chips and onion dip, yum! Staff were very attentive.

This is one of our favourite restaurants in the downtown core! Right across the street from PAC so you can easily park and hit both places. Staff is friendly and efficient. Burgers are huge and yummy!

Like the BYOB . The only time we eat downtown is when we attend the PAC and this is our go to.

We loved the burgers and the waiter was great. Price was ok. It's just very loud in there, so don't expect to be able to carry a conversation. But, burgers were great. We would go back

Great food and service as always. Special shoutout to our server “Robin” who was better than the best.

Excellent food as always. Staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. The location is convenient for a pre-concert dinner.
