Great food and service as always. Special shoutout to our server “Robin” who was better than the best.

Excellent food as always. Staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. The location is convenient for a pre-concert dinner.

First off our server Sarah R. was outstanding. Great customer service. Our family of 4 went to celebrate my birthday. We started off with the Buttermilk ORings and Jalapeno Dumplings and they were delicious. All 4 of our burgers were great and big portions. The only thing was that the seats are not very comfortable but the service and food were top notch.

Good food just watch the servers twice they have added things we did not have check your bill. The food is amazing though

We had to wait quite a while for our drinks, and then our food to arrive. But in was a Friday night , so maybe that was to be expected. The servers were very friendly and the hamburgers were excellent.

Food was delicious Our server was very informative, friendly and helpful which contributed significantly to our overall wonderful experience

Looked like most of their burgers are “smashed”. They were very tasty. Lots of choices. Good choice of fries as well. Very loud and the seating not very comfortable. But all in all you won't be disappointed. The staff were all super friendly and very attentive.

Great burgers and fresh fries, friendly service, and a nice casual atmosphere. Definitely a good spot in St. Catharines!

Simply AMAZING! the OKC and 3 am in Rome are the best burgers I've ever had! Even the smoky bacon ceaser salad was amazing. We got the bacon popcorn to go for movie night.

Everything about this place screams quality! The smell of the freshly made burgers takes me back to how burgers were meant to be made.
The place was really nice and they even had a patio for you to enjoy your meal.
But let's get into the food:
We ordered the following
1) 3 orders of the Fake Shack but added an egg to 2 of the burgers and it definitely elevated the flavors. These burgers were to die for. The ingredients were fresh and the sauce was out of this world. The fries and onion rings it came with was perfectly cooked.
2) Fried pickles came fresh out of the frier and with a side of amazing dill sauce.
3) We ordered 2 shakes to go with our massive meal and they definitely didn't disappoint.

This place is a must to come if your in the St Catherines area.

Went in yesterday... service was excellent, friendly, efficient...
My chicken burger was overcooked and dry.. hard as a hockey puck..
Rest of food at table was good..

Loved everything from the service to the food. The old school milkshakes were so yummy and the burger was so big i had to squish it down to fit in my mouth..it was full of flavor and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend

We’ve visited this location multiple times and the food is always great, My fiancé has enjoyed trying multiple burger options on the menu and has never been disappointed and I love the endless options with the build your own burger! Our most recent visit we had Kelsea as our server and she was amazing! She is super knowledgable, and gave great recommendations for apps, meals and drinks all around! Always a great time :)
