Got a burger after the gym today, genuinely one of the best meals i’ve ever had. Onion rings were crispy, meat was sizzling, veggies were fresh. Nice to see lots of friendly university students getting out and working. Would definitely recommend.

This location is one of the best! You can taste the freshness in their products, and service is very efficient! Staff are always polite as well - and it’s run by students.

The staff are always soo sweet and the food tasted so good. My favourite things are their buffalo chicken poutine and their Angus burgers. Definitely recommend!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The food was cold, the fries were so soggy they were practically wet, and there was absolutely no salt — completely bland. For the price we’re paying, this is unacceptable. Honestly, even the Brock dining hall (which isn’t great to begin with) is better than this.
On top of that, the hygiene practices were concerning. I watched a worker using the same tongs for all the vegetables, meats, and toppings without switching or cleaning them — a clear risk for cross-contamination, which could seriously make someone sick.
To make things worse, when I was trying to ask for a straw, the worker was busy recording his friend dancing instead of doing his job. Completely unprofessional.
Ridiculous experience. Brock deserves better — better food, better service, and better standards overall
