Staff for helpful and friendly, it would have been a 5 but there were no clean tables to sit at I had to wipe down the table for us to sit and have lunch

Food was good. I normally go through the drive thru and have typically experienced the most friendly staff. Today I went to dine in and I got a weird vibe from the man at the cash but still thought nothing of it…However, while waiting for the burgers, I noticed none of the staff were talking. It was uncomfortably silent. And then as we were eating, I was looking at the behaviour of the guy from the cash and it was odd to say the least. I’m not making assumptions but it did seem like he was on drugs. Weird experience, hope the other staff is okay.

Ordered #1on menus got home had only one order of rings rootbeer was no fiz ordered pickles and got non (why do I need to check my order) and both burgers were cold only 3 min drive home !

Waiting for Harveys Corporate to get back to me about feedback survey I sent them. They said 2 days, it has been more than 15 days - I e-mailed them twice - no response.
Very clean restaurant. I've never been to a Harvey's until now where I witnessed a staff member actually cleaning window sill and thoroughly cleaning booth after patrons left ... Great job.

Great service at the drive through. Courtney was awesome, such a breath of fresh air actually being able to communicate with the person working the window/speaker. Great food, hot and exactly as ordered. 10/10 will be back. Thanks Harveys for keeping it Canadian.
