Worst experience I have had at a fast food establishment. Ordered our meals and was told to wait for 10minutes , when we got home part of our order was missing. Called the restaurant and was told to come back and get the order. That is the worst case of customer service I have ever heard of. We didn’t make the mistake they did. Guess Harvey’s doesn’t care about customer service. This isn’t the first time either. We will not be going back to this location ever.

Slow service. Last 2 times I ordered chicken wraps from the drive thru it takes forever. First time they made me park and wait in the lot, and no one came out after 10 minutes. I had to go inside and get my food. Incredible grilled chicken wraps tho!

When I went to this place I was absolutely appalled by the staff member Stephanie. She was extremely rude and even called me and my partner quote "a pair of retards" as we had a accidentally incorrectly put out card number in while paying. Stephanie comes across as a spiteful angry woman that really brought down our view of thos establishment and because of such I wouldn't recommend this place at all! While other staff came across as friendly I'm afraid that Stephanie is dragging them down.

Went there for lunch today at the drive through, window staff were absolutely a five star! The bun was stale, the fries were so cold and saturated with oil;( and to top it off my Diet Pepsi was flat. Maybe just a fluke ,I’m adding onto this review on Feb 2, there follow up team is absolutely horrendous to try to deal with! Will keep updating as time goes by

So I went there the other day and got 2 orders of the deep fried pickles and asked for 2 “Garlic Dill Sauces” & as you can see one of them is darker than the other and it must be expired as I got food poisoning from it. Just want to make sure you guys check your sauces beforeThe lady at the drive through window was also rude to me & my friend as we said we were doing an order and then wanted to make a separate order and she said “next time say that before when have 2 orders” in a rude tone. As someone who works in customer service, we get taught to never be rude to customers and I personally see a lack in customer service here.

Honestly, haven't been in a Harvey's for 15 years. We thought we'd give it a try on a lark. The team tonight made great food, fast service, the place was very clean...it was great for a fast food joint. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was actually spicy! Good job guys!

My experience at this location was fantastic! The staff were so friendly compared to other fast food restaurants in this area. The service was quick and the food was standard to any other Harvey’s I’ve been to. I would come here again for sure! Totally a solid expletive for lunch during the workday, Emily and Morgan were both amazing!
