Selections? Immaculate. Service? Wonderful. Toppings? Plentiful... except for mayonnaise. It seems every sub place, this one included doesn't seem to understand extra mayo on a sub. I am happy to pay extra for the mayo but to get a sub that is toasted with a ton of toppings and to not have the extra mayonnaise? It's disappointing. It ruins the sub in my opinion. After trying a bunch of different places, being hopeful for this one and to barely get mayo is just... disappointing. Hopefully when we try it in the future, there will be extra mayonnaise.Someone who reads this, I know. It seems ridiculous to be upset with mayonnaise but when I'm paying for a sub, and I ask for extra mayo, I want to actually taste some sort of sauce. I want the mayo. I am not a fan of dry subs.

Finally a fantastic sub shop that’s open late and on my days off. First, the service was phenomenal; friendly, informative, passionate. You can tell the staff is invested in the business and cares about it. The food itself was delicious, a great sized sub stuffed full of toppings. The veggies were crisp and flavourful (those red onions wow!), the meat was plentiful and fresh. It was well crafted and not just briskly thrown together like other places. Veggies and meat all the way through the sub.The prices were very reasonable as well especially considering how filling and fresh the subs were. They have green olives which I love! Poutine was fresh cut fries with a nice rich, dark and thick gravy as well as real cheese curds. Just like a fry truck! They also sell house made soups that I will be trying next time I go. Shows they care and craft their own food. Just writing this makes me want to go back for another! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

March 21,2024. We ordered for the first time. Meatball sub, Chicken bacon Ranchero Sub, Goliath Sub and poutine.All were the best I have had in many years. Prices were great. And the fries... best ever !!!! Thank you. We will be regulars. I am very picky and you have won me over.

Stood there for 10 mins and wasn’t served or acknowledged. March 15th 5:30pmTips for good customer service1. Acknowledge customers2. If there are three workers working, and only 3 tickets a worker should be able to take a customers order.3. If you can’t handle a fast paced environment then a fast food establishment shouldn’t be your line of work.

I grab a sub from House of Subs quite often. Definitely the freshest subs you can get in the area. Always friendly, efficient and quick service. Ingredients are super fresh and the price is nothing to complain about.?Parking: Always spots available close to the storefront.
My partner and I love this place! They have amazing portions and food, the service it always excellent and have never been disappointed! These guys know customer service and the prices are always decent! Highly recommend ?

Visited today for my birthday, first time here and everything was fresh and incredible! Staff is very friendly and the shop is very cute and nicely maintained. Will for sure be coming back!

The food was GREAT! Very small takeout shop but worth every penny. The philly cheesesteak was great. The resh cut fries for my poutine was really refreshing in the age of "gross lazy frozen frenchfries." My wife's chicken sub was also fantastic. Quick service, great food, and reasonably priced for its quality. It took about 15 minutes to get the order, which was made fresh.I love subs. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. This place puts other "designer" sub shops to shame. When someone is looking for subs, this is the first place I suggest.

House of Subs has been our go to sub place for the last year but recently the quality has gone completely downhill. The prices are still the same. I really hope to they go back to their old ways, it is very missed.

I think when we ordered over phone the server misjudged how long it would take too be ready. Said 30minutes so by the time I got there 28-30minutes as requested my steak sub was cold, cheese wasn't really melted and because it was ready way sooner both mine and my wife's sub buns were soggy from the sauce on inside. Buns were fresh crispy outside so the sauce unfortunately ruined what could have been great. Flavour profile was ok didn't really taste the mushrooms and the uneven spreading of the green peppers made the bites inconsistent. My wife noticed a hot pepper on her BLT only when she but into it. But I'm going to try again but I think I will go directly there and order and wait to be more accurate in my review
