Industria Pizzeria + Bar

Today was our first time here and I absolutely loved the experience. The restaurant has an amazing vibe, and the live music was a great bonus — Lost Boys was playing that night. As for the service, Carlie was our server and she truly made everything even better. From the moment we arrived at the table, she introduced herself with a fantastic attitude — kind, respectful, and genuinely friendly. She recommended every dish we ordered and even helped my husband with his lactose intolerance by offering him the option to customize his pizza. The place itself was excellent, but the exceptional service provided by Carlie took it to another level. I totally recommend this spot — and when you go, make sure to ask for her!

Pizza, wings and appetizers were delicious! Serve was great too.

My meal of spagetti had no flavour, there was a pizza order which wasn't fully cooked, salad was not fresh and missing the meat, apps were cold. Should have gone to the Keg, it came out very close in price!!

The food and service were very good, however something unpleasant was that the glasses looked bad because they were not well washed, they even had lipstick marks.

They have increased their price while decreasing the size.

Tried it out for the first time based on a recommendation from my brother in law. Group of 9 people, they initially struggled to find seating. My mother and I had the Fettucine Alfredo. The price for the portion size is rather high, and both of us ended up sick this morning. Now, I could understand that if I lived with my mother, or ate something similar recently, it could be something else that made us sick. We thought the sauce tasted a bit off, but figured it may just be their recipe. The kids Pizzas were great and both my boys loved them. The inside was clean and looked great. Along the lines of a more expensive Boston Pizza. It would be pretty hard for me to go back.

Was turned away because they are “ fully booked” (there was no one in the restaurant) went online and was able to reserve a table in 10 minutes from when we were turned away, Safe to say we wont be going. Terribly rude

I ordered the pasta with mussels calamari and shrimp. dont pay 27 bucks for this. it came with 3 shrimp tail on 4 mussels in the shell and one was closed and get this only one tiny piece of calamari. spaghetti was from a bag. drinks were good and so was the appetizers. Tried my friend's pizza and it was good. Pasta dish was terrible for
the money. I wondered how they even served this. MY company was great and night was fun. I just really felt this dish was a rip
off for the money. 20 cents of pasta and so little seafood in it. Lucky I had an appetizer before hand. I will say the appetizers were excellent.

Food and vibes were amazing! The service was horrible and practically non-existent. Our server walked by us several times and never asked if we wanted any food or a refill. We had to flag her down every time. Keep in mind there were only 3 or so tables in the restaurant, and she spent most of her time talking behind the bar with other staff. She also didn’t know what was available or how it was prepared, and never asked how our food was or if we wanted anything else. Wasn’t even told to have a goodnight or a “thanks for coming” when she left the bill. Felt like we were a burden to her rather than guests.

We’ve had excellent service here in the past, but this was the one of the worst “service” I’ve ever experienced.

They ran out of beer!? And I’m not talking about just one kind of beer. Service was awful and my daughter got food poisoning. Hard pass on this place.

Had my 40th here and it couldn’t have been a better set up. Few places in Niagara could accommodate 40-50 ppl while staying open past 10pm so we did it here and I’m thrilled we did. Food and drinks were excellent, service was even better. Will definitely be back!
