My go-to shawarma place. Tasty, wraps are perfect, and the friendliest service. A hardworking owner who takes the time to remember your name and works hard to keep the quality high. Highly recommend!

The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavour. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked just right. The toppings and sauces complemented everything beautifully, and the portions were generous. You can really taste the quality in every bite.

This place was recommended to me by my boss and I have to say it does not disappoint. I am all about flavour and this place definitely has it. Even the toasting of the pita adds a component that just heightens the enjoyable eating experience. All the ingredients are fresh and the owner is very personable, professional, handling any influx customers with calm and ease. The meat is juicy and well cooked and easily addictive. I am looking forward to trying more items.
Special mention of the baklava which is very reasonably priced and of a good size.
The meat pies are quite delicious and even more so with a side of BBQ sauce (home add not from store). Just a note, I heated the 12 pack in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes and they were quite nice; but I believe even 8 minutes would suffice

Reminded me of the authentic lebanese shawarma that I used to have as a kid on the streets of Abudhabi and Dubai. The drive from Toronto was worth it. Thankyou ❤️

It’s About Thyme is fantastic. Sam is a master . Every time I order from him , it’s always the yummiest thing that I’ve eaten since the last time I ordered from him . I always order the beef Shawarma dinner and believe me it’s the best beef Shawarma anywhere in the city . The prices are excellent. The food is absolutely delicious. Way to go Sam ! I feel so blessed that he brought his culinary artistry to St. Catherines.

Sam is an artist! I have lived in Toronto and L.A., two places where people swear you get the best Middle Eastern food. They are wrong. The best shawarma and falafel sandwiches I have ever had are right here in St. Catharines. I strongly recommend you try it if you haven't already. You will always be served with a smile by the owner/chef himself. Sam's family is steeped in quality restaurant tradition and this amazing spot is no exception.
