Our waitress (her name started with an M and she wore glasses) was amazing. Food was amazing. My kid has food adversions so I try to get her to eat what she likes but she wanted to try the wings. She didn't like them. No biggie. The manager came by and told her he'd get her chicken fingers. It was really nice of him to do that.Kid-friendliness: Granny Smith apple slices with caramel dip. However they warm the caramel sauce up and I think it would be better cold so you could get a chunk piece of dip.

Our serverKaley went above and beyond with quick service and great suggestions which made our experience great. She suggested added bacon and mushroom to my Asiago Bow tie which made it even more delicious. Definitely coming back!?

Had a great time at Jack's on the Easter Sunday. The service was great! They were even willing to make my autistic daughter a grill cheese!!! Even though they don't even serve bread, they brain stormed and figured it out! Meant a lot to me because usually she doesn't get to eat with us. They put us at a table with lots of space and had gree wi-fi for zariah! The food was AWESOME! WE LOVED IT ALL! Thanks Jack's for always meeting my expectations and going above and beyond! I don't regret spending money there ever. It's worth every penny!Parking: Lots of parking in their private lot!!!Kid-friendliness: Go above and beyond to make it an as women experience for kids. They can color on the table which even my 2 year old enjoyed for a bit

Went for a late lunch and had the absolute pleasure to have Kelly as our server. Her upbeat personality and quick service made our visit very enjoyable. She went the extra mile to offer us some food and beverage options and when we mentioned we were sharing the Asiago bowties even went as far as giving us separate bowls as opposed to sharing from one bowl which I thought was awesome!! In short she was absolutely fantastic! Great atmosphere and food was delicious.

So, i ordered from renegade and they dont offer garlic bread but astors does. So i ordered. It was almost burnt and they sent the garlic butter in a container, with a sticker telling me to put it in the microwave. Firstly i do not use or have or eat microwave food. . So disappointing. I will change my review if this company cares to take care of my horrible experience. I have pictures but not aure how to upload

Lived in Niagara for most of my life. Went here for the first time on Saturday.We were seated in a booth that was really tight. We are average sized people. It was very uncomfortable.Didn't have time to look at the drink menu before I was being asked for my drink order so I just went with a coke. Never saw your drink menu before, was interested at first.Settled on the double cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. Got part way through the burger and realized it wasn't cooked. I couldn't eat the rest. If the lighting was better in there I would have seen the raw inside when I cut it in half..had to use the flashlight on my phone to confirm it...the bottom bun was soggy by the time I stopped eating from the grease..and I only got part way through the whole thing. .Felt ill the rest of the evening from the raw meat. Fries were soft. Paid the bill and left nauseated. Just wanted to go home.Found out after, the other dish that was ordered didn't quite taste right either.Not mad. Just won't be back.
Great evening celebrating a 19th birthday. Krista made the evening with great personal service. We will be back and we were from out of town. Yes, back of the house was great ?.

This place is always consistent with good food. Never a bad meal. The food was amazing. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. Like seriously the best chicken sandwich I have had. Just a great experience tonight .Parking: Gets a little crowded. I had an amazing time yesterday, we got our food and drinks really fast! Even though they had Lots of people but they were fast, friendly and had great hospitality!! My mom and I got free dessert that was on the house because it was recently my mom’s and I birthday!! The food was also so hot and delicious!! Our waitress named Krista she was so amazing serving us and she was working really hard!! It was Definitely 10/10
