JmonkS Fish and Chips

I tried the Monday special. Haven’t been here in many years since pollock was the special. Haddock tasted great, lightly battered and fries were hot and seasoned perfectly. Tatar tastes more fresh than before. Yes the price went up, but I also think the quality is better now. Friendly staff. Made fresh and quick, glad I stopped in. Will be back

If you’re looking for fish and chips this is the place to go! I get take out once a week, it’s excellent. Almost a shame to put condiments on. Great service with a smile and served fresh and hot.

I had not been to this place in years (going to the high school beside getting the chicken burger was the thing to do) but returned upon a pregnancy nostalgic craving?
Glad I did! The new owner is great!!
He is so warm and gives great service always smiling offering extra and is very personable.
The fries are delicious. I’ll have to return again for other items to try.

Freddie is the man and he knows how to make a good burger and fries for me. Had it many times. I should try that Cajun Chicken Sandwich one day. 5 out of 5 from me.

Last time I was here it was Mr Fish and his chips. I was born and raised in the north end and now I live 3 hrs north and work in Niagara region through the week. I was going for a drive after work and stopped by to have dinner. I was very impressed with my fish and chips! The fries were nice and crispy and the fish and batter was superb 👌 The tartar sauce was excellent also. This will definitely be my go- to fish and chip place in the Niagara region! I will try the other stuff on the menu too. Very reasonably priced also. Highly recommended!!

The Fish n Chips is crazy gooood here!

July 3, been a while since grabbing my fav fish on a bun, came to find out it was under new ownership the past 2 years, the owner cooked my meal and I have to say it was absolutely spectacular, im talking deeeeelish, the fries were amazing and the burger a definately huge portion of fish, done to perfection... a solid 10 out of 10. When checking out we chatted about our European adventures....people, don't miss out on a great place for your fish n chips...much success to you 😀 👍

Outstanding fish, house-made tartar sauce. I prefer fresh cut fries but they were still tasty. Owner very friendly, had a lovely chat while my order was cooking.
