It’s gone downhill. Soft poached eggs were almost hard boiled.
Ham is deli sliced packaged slices.
Everything was overcooked.
Kept having to ask multiple times for utensils, condiments.
Never again.

Poor customer service. Owner has SERIOUS attitude. Stay away from this establishment, unless you enjoy eating meals in an unrelaxed and threatening environment.
Response: Yes absolutely talking about you. Now you are playing the sympathy card of being a small family business. Boo hoo baby. More reason for you to be more respectful and kind to customers that decide to spend their hard earned money at your establishment. People reading this...please spend your money elsewhere. This owner does not deserve a single cent. Also, this dirty place failed many public health inspections. Check the Niagara Region info-dine site.

Great breakfast place. The food is simple but very solid, the oven baked potatoes are absolutely excellent.
It is refreshing to visit a place like this - no superficial design shticks or pretentious menu, just simple delicious affordable food.

Wow -what a change after 3 years - the new owners may still have the 'same menu' but the quality is nowhere near what it used to be. I was so looking forward to returning to the restaurant - but couldn't have been more disappointed. Microwaved bun for the Philly Cheesesteak - which meant it was rubbery - 2/3 the size they used to be with MUCH less in the way of toppings (onions, peppers, etc. non-existent). Even the fries were nothing like they used to be, just regular frozen fries now. The tablespoon of coleslaw may as well have been left off and the diet Pepsi was just coloured soda water. Sorry all - but I definitely will not be returning - shame :(

This place used to be better in past years. Open for breakfast and lunch only however it seems they care more about their take out customers than their eat in customers, closing tables down for customer use so they can meet their shortened closing time. You feel rushed out of there and not valued as a customer. Sorry guys, you used to be one of our favourite places for a nice brunch.

Ordered chocolate milk, it was a small cup made with syrup and didn’t taste good for $4. Eggs were undercoooked, egg whites were runny. Building has no ac so it was very hot, overall not a great experience.

If I could give half a star I would. WORST service I've ever had. Didn't even get to drink my tea. Went there with my mom and my mom's friend and her daughter didn't enjoy it AT ALL. One of the RUDEST servers I've had in my life. Had the nerve to yell at my mom. Will NEVER go there.

Small place. Clean and friendly. Great food and very reasonable prices. Great find for these out-of-towners.

Stopped in for breakfast with my son while getting the car worked on up the street. Food was sooo good. We got the French toast, highly recommend. My son loved it too and he's a typical picky kid.

Put an order in for pick-up. Food was cooked with love and care. Big ups to the ladies keeping this experience alive. The home fries hit a home run with the kids.
