overall pretty good. I got the tonkotsu miso ramen. Noodles had good texture, but the chashu wasnt your typical chashu used in japanese ramen places. It was more similar to chinese chashu. The soup was good but had a lot of msg, i was thirsty for the whole day lol. The washrooms are down stairs, so its not accessible if you need an elevator or ramp. Maybe they could also get some ambient music playing too! That wouldve been nice.
Absolutely lovely place with delicious food and great service. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. Can't wait to come back!
Always the best with perfect cooked noodles everytime!
I always enjoy eating here. I eat vegetarian and they have a creamy vegetarian ramen option and a shoyu ramen option. Both are delicious, the creamy ramen is my go-to and I pair it with their chili oil for a little more spice and it’s so good! The Shoyu ramen is a delicious soy sauce broth that comes with marinated eggs if asked that are delicious as well!
I've always enjoyed eating in at this restaurant for the past couple years. I did try Uber delivery once and that won't happen again. You do pay the same price for less food. The take-out containers aren't correct for Ramen and the broth isn't even the same. It's hard to find parking so I normally have to get dropped off at this location.
Our meat in the ramen was cold when we told the waiter he said for us to just mix our soup. Out of all our locations it’s least favourite.
Terrible atmosphere, no music playing so it was just quiet and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Service was okay but half of the order was forgotten. Food was mediocre, I’ve had much better ramen and as soon as I heard the microwave going I wasn’t expecting anything other than sub par.
Spent a freezing cold evening here and it warmed me right up! The donburi was a revelation, but I had to dock a point for the miso broth, which was a let down. I strongly recommend their main courses!
After going to the hamilton location I was so excited to discover a location near me. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer support. The owner didn't check to see if the food was okay, no drinks offered. The Ramen did not taste fresh and the eggs were hard boiled, everything was bland. While attempting to eat the owner sat at the cash and watched loud videos on their phone, which would have been fine provided it had not been the only sound in the restaurant. The owner was incredibly rude as well. Huge disappointment.
Missing ingredients. Dark atmosphere. Holds about 25 people and noisy. No cash payment.

Order take out. Ramen and Oni Giri. Take out arrived and I was perplexed that I received a typical container for broth (round with lid). But the noodles, pork and dry ingredients for the soup were in a regular rectangular take out container. Instead of a large soup bowl container that I have received at 100% of previous restaurants when ordering Pho or Ramen style soup. All the broth didn't even fit in the container. I guess they assumed I had a bowl handy?
Also their Salmon Onigiri was mad with what appeared to be canned salmon or at best warmed salmon flakes. I wasn't expecting the taste or texture. Ramen was okay, but not enough to get the weird container situation or Onigiri out of my mind. I wouldn't eat there again.
The tonkotsu is incredible
Been here twice and both times it’s tasted salty and not good. Ordered the king sized ramen from Uber eats and paid 30 for pretty much regular sized ramen, no extra noodles or anything as was advertised.
Great pricing and very good vibe!
Ok ramen with ok service. Nothing spectacular but gets the job done. They have tonkatsu ramen
