Always a great experience at KFC! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor—exactly what you’d expect from the original recipe. I’m a big fan of their sides too, especially the mashed potatoes and biscuits. The service is usually quick, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whether I dine in or grab something to go, the food is consistently hot and fresh. Great value for the price, especially with their combo meals and family buckets. I ordered a popcorn chicken combo for takeout- the guy that served me filled my medium drink up to literally half the cup and when i looked in the bag they also put both, my fries and chicken completely upside down so everything pooled at the bottom of the bag.

Absolutely garbage! $15.50 for….3 piece chicken!!!Chicken smaller than a 2 year olds hand.Dried out crusty stale chicken! pure garbage!!!I think I got a kids fry with it.I will never go to this dump again.
Last night at 8:30 on January 16, 2024, I visited the establishment, and the Indian manager informed me that hot wings were sold out. Surprisingly, upon checking the online menu, nothing was marked as sold out, and my online order was accepted. Furthermore, the manager closed the store immediately after I left, although the closing time was supposed to be 10 pm. This behavior not only reflects poor customer service. Such actions ruined the reputation of this KFC branch, and a thorough investigation is warranted. This incident is indicative of an employee neglecting their responsibilities and displaying unacceptable behavior towards customers.
