I had a disappointing experience at KFC today. I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for extra ketchup, but when I got my bag, there was no ketchup inside. I had already left the counter, so I had to walk back to ask for it again. The staff gave me ketchup, but when I asked for mayo, they said it costs 50 cents per pack.
The problem is, my sandwich didn’t even have the normal amount of mayo to begin with — it was almost dry, with just a little bit of sauce and lettuce. On top of that, the chicken patty in my sandwich was cold and didn’t taste fresh.
My wife and I ordered our meals together, and we were both disappointed with the service and food quality. It’s frustrating to pay full price and not get proper preparation or basic condiments. I hope the management pays more attention to quality and customer service.

Line-ups don’t matter here. Shouldn’t have to anticipate waiting behind people standing offf to the side deciding if they are even purchasing when you are in the actual line trying to purchase. Companies focus too much on potential customers these days and neglect regulars backward thought process.

Always a great experience at KFC! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor—exactly what you’d expect from the original recipe. I’m a big fan of their sides too, especially the mashed potatoes and biscuits. The service is usually quick, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered a popcorn chicken combo for takeout- the guy that served me filled my medium drink up to literally half the cup and when i looked in the bag they also put both, my fries and chicken completely upside down so everything pooled at the bottom of the bag.
