Last night at 8:30 on January 16, 2024, I visited the establishment, and the Indian manager informed me that hot wings were sold out. Surprisingly, upon checking the online menu, nothing was marked as sold out, and my online order was accepted. Furthermore, the manager closed the store immediately after I left, although the closing time was supposed to be 10 pm. This behavior not only reflects poor customer service. Such actions ruined the reputation of this KFC branch, and a thorough investigation is warranted. This incident is indicative of an employee neglecting their responsibilities and displaying unacceptable behavior towards customers.

This is not an actual KFC/TACOBELLThis location is run by someone who gets their meat and supplies from a discount retailer, not the corporate supplier. You get chicken strips, possibly from a box, instead of big crunchy chicken breast strips when you order them. I've been going to KFC for 2 decades, I know the real meat from the fake.The good:- they accept the coupons from the mail- they offer both KFC and tacobellNeeds improvement:- get the actual meat supply from KFC corporate, not value village.- you will spend your whole lunch break for something as small as a supreme fries.- they will charge you extra then as advertised, this has happened about 20 times now, I've kept my receipts for proof. You can order a $5 item, and it'll come up to $11 somehow.- the staff barely speaks English and straight up ignores you when you try to get your order fixed- my coworkers always come back and say they were missing something- they have children working who don't know how to punch in orders, and will just resort to ignoring you and getting the next customer ?- if you order with the app, be prepared to get your food at the end of your shift. It's life, I guess.- they'll wait until you give up instead of fixing the issueOverall 1.5/5 I can't give a 2 because half the time your order is incorrect, cold, missing, overpriced. Not even Gordon Ramsey can save this location. You need to 86 the staff and hire some proficient, English speaking, experienced staff.
