Ordered a 4 piece combo. 4 baby wings and ice cold fry. Grqvy had no taste. Will never order there again. Went to return the food and they where closed

They messed up our food and the manager did not care to fix it. I work in the service industry and that is not ok. He was beyond rude. I will never give money to this location ever again. I gave one star only because I can’t give less

Food is how it should be which is good but there is very long waits for getting your food, to order your food, and there is no AC in the building (if there is it's not strong at all) which makes it terrible to sit in and eat it even just waiting for your food.

Been here three times, not even once had a good experience, the food was not what we ordered, the store doesn't have AC and is not clean, once we pre-ordered and after arriving to the store 1 hour later, they haven't even started preparing the food.

Seems like over the past few months, maybe even more, this location has really gone downhill. We usually use the drive thru on Tuesdays to get the special and often told the wait time for chicken to be ready is anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. Tuesday is their busiest day and yet they're never prepared. Last time were told 35 minutes and to pull through and wait in the parking lot so we said forget it. The chicken has definitely gone downhill too. Small pieces, no bones in many of them and greasy as hell. Colonel Sanders would be rolling over in his grave!

Used the order kiosk because no one even budged when i walked in. Ordered a big crunch box meal for dine in - came in a bag with no napkins or dipping sauces. Had to return my “Big Crunch” to the counter as they had used one chicken strip instead of the actual chicken that was supposed to be on the sandwich. No explanation offered - new sandwich took forever. They do know that their rating is almost in the 2s right - clearly no one cares at this location.

Only got tiny little thighs tonight... not one breast! Personally, our family has noticed that there is a huge difference with the original chicken nowadays... the pieces are very fatty with no meat... and like cartilage... it's gross. Super disappointing! ? Plus had to wait 20 mins... Won't be getting KFC for a while

They kept us waiting 25 minutes in the drive through without any response then tell me to come to the window for the order .. Woww what a service indeed ..

Went through drive though no answer dude was in the window. Went and parked the guy literally locked the door as we were walking up.The store time said it closed at 10:30. Myself and family were there just before 10:00pm. Both employees both physically saw us and locked the door and shut out the lights just before 10:00pm when closing time was 10:30.
