The best KFC in St Catharines. The people in the drive thru were extremely friendly and had great customer service. The food was delicious but a little too greasy but that's no different than most Canadian KFC locations nowadays. We will definitely go to this location for our KFC hankering! 🍗

KFC in Canada has just fallen downhill, the chicken is dry, soggy, and cold. That even goes with all their other products. The items are put together sloppily and with no care. I have visited this store and others multiple times in hopes of some warm food but to no avail. Refried items, stale fries, and utter disappointment every time (popcorn chicken is the only decent item). Take your KFC business overseas, it’s much better anywhere else.
