I was walking home from work and I want KFC. Online the store was supposed to be open until 9. I past by it at 8:00pm and it was closed. So I will never go there again because you don’t stand by your hours

Super Bowl Sunday and you’re not even open ? this location has gone hill since the new manager came in. Nothing but issues, closing whenever they feel like. This location is an absolute joke. Just shut it down

The inside is totally out dated, the bucket of Chicken I had was beyond greasy, fries under cooked, and customer service was horrible as the young girl at the counter had an attitude that she just didn't want to be there.If ever I order KFC again it won't be from here.
My experience today, December 30th, 2023 is very similar to the other comments in the review section. I will never go to that location again. Went in for the harvest sandwich not available anymore although there's signs everywhere hanging in the establishment that it's available. Man at the counter was not accommodating and did not offer options. Ordered chicken sandwich. Had to wait about 35 minutes to get it. Fries were undercooked. No napkins, no ketchup, no gravy. I wish more people read reviews before they went to establishments because this one is definitely not the KFC to go to in Niagara.

Ordered for 6:30 .. had to wait 25 min and a bit … not sure if I will be coming back to this location .. everyone that ordered had to wait .. in total 6 of us were waiting … maybe need more than 2 workers … the counter girl kept her back to us while constantly talking to the other worker .. but at least they did not seem stressed out ..

Order on Skip for pickup since there’s a BOGO sale. Went in to pick up at my preselected time. There were 3 people ahead of me, so I patiently wait. 10mins go by and I get to the cashier, told him I’m picking up my skip order, he says it’s not ready yet. So I patiently wait, 20mins goes by and the cashier is suspicious as to why I haven’t gotten my food yet. So his colleague in the kitchen comes out, and found my order under the counter, where the pick up orders are kept. So I waited 30mins for nothing, and walked away with cold chicken ? was told, sorry it’s busy, the receipt didn’t print so it happens.. $50 to get a bucket of cold chicken and wasted 30mins for nothing

Came in at 8:13 on a Wednesday when there hours stayed until 9, we tried to order 2 mighty buckets, we were told we could not because they “did not want to cook anymore chicken with closing soon” I asked how long chicken takes to cook and she stated 20 minutes which would be 8:35, still before closing. We were informed we could only order items that would take less time as she “wanted to close early”. The establishment should be kept open with the only food they serve being available until there posted hours.
