Have noticed the taste is not as good as it used to be. I ordered two 4 pc chicken tenders and got two 4 pc chicken. I thought I would eat in anyways. We only ate 2 pieces. Even the dog wouldn’t eat it. I will not go there again

They had a challenging night as it was super busy and there was an issue as they ran out of chicken so had to get some from another store and start cooking them up so everything was behind time. Though some people got a little frustrated the manager stayed calm and was able to keep everyone happy. The team there deserves a pat on the back for a good hard day of work and the food was cooked perfectly!

This place is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW with all types of orders.
If you order online for pick up, you will have to wait 60 minutes for it to be ready!
If you order inside, it takes about 45 minutes to be ready!
The owner actually wants to save money by not having enough employees to work!

Avoid this location and take the trip over to Mary Brown's. At least it will be fresh.

Everytime I go now I order online because you wait forever inside for the food. There’s multiple people working yet only one person is packing orders. Three other people are standing around or staring at the screens pretending to look busy. The app gives you a pick up time for your food. I waited 20 mins past the time they told me and not one person said hi or even gave me the time of day as multiple other people were standing there waiting just as long as me. They were just talking among themselves looking at the screen as if my order didn’t exist. Doesn’t matter if you order from the drive thru, they make you pull over and wait for the food and then the fries are always cold. not once have i had hot fries from this KFC.
Longest wait times for soggy, cold food. This location sucks. Go to churches chicken or Mary browns.

Once again, totally discusted in the treatment my husband and I received November 21st 2024 at 910pm to 935pm. We went through drive thru and specifically asked to plz make sure our order is correct. Of course the order was wrong. Waited 15 mins for our order to find out it was wrong and had to wait again. The manager was so rude!!! Acted like she did not give a crap at all and walked away from us 4 times. Didn't offer anything but a drink to compensate. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.

There is no pption to put 0 start otherwise I would have done. They dont even deserve 1 star. I have placed an pick up order at this location of 1 plant based and 1 big crunch sandwich and they have given me 2 big crunch sandwich. I was working during this time so i went on my lunch break and it took me 15 mins to go pick up and come back just to find out that I was given wrong food. And I when called store they are giving me shitty solutions and shift manager Manjot is telling me that he can only give me refund where I am telling him that I dont want refund, I want my correct food because now I dont have enough time to go out and get any other food. is this fair ? So after arguing with them for half an hour first they agreed to do delivery on their own cost and after waiting for 20 mins I called them back no one is awering after calling them back again and agin for literal 5 mins … and then store location manager Priyanka picks up the call and tells me that she cannot deliver no matter what….. I told her no problem, Refund me the whole thing and plus give me extra $10 for the grief they have caused me sp that with that extra $10 I can place an order for delivery bevause it is not flaut so why should I pay for delivery out of my pocket…. she said she cannot do that…… I told her to put that credit or refund me so I can place an order right now so I an get my food. And now she is telling it will take5-6 business days so now I have wait 5-6 business days so Now even out of money , so basically what they suggesting that I can eat after 5-6 business days, Is the customer service they should be providing ?????? Plus she is not even aplogetic about anything not for wrong food, not for manjot telling me first that they will deliver and after 20 mins waiting she is telling she cannot ….. they did not even have courtesy to call me and tell me that they are delivering they were waiting for me to call them and when I was calling for 5 mins straight they didnt have courtsey to even pick up my call… so they were purposrly not picking up my call.
