I had pick up order at 7pm . Door was locked and i went drive through. Ask staff to open the door but the girl behave rude. She was nor responding well. I had uber order and i had to cancle because the girl taking so long time

My wife and I tried this place for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised how nice and clean it was. The service was very friendly and even though they made a mistake on our order, they corrected it. No extra charge. Good job Rizzo👍

Absolutely 100% would never step foot in this place again. Poor poor customer service, I am not one to complain whatsoever but today was eye opening on what kind of food these guys are serving..letting people pay all this money and moreless throwing the food at everyone.. no napkins..jo cutlery..poutine was made with cheddar slices and..put in the bag upside down.
They wouldn't give me my money back unless I went back through the drive thru ..and wait in the 6 car lineup .
Unbelievable, please do not spend your money at this establishment.

The KFC Website is horrible. For the free special Dinger you have to order $1 and up to get it free. So I ordered $6.00 items and it allowed me ONE ONLY DInger! I spent 20 bloody minutes on their website trying to correct it. Still only one Dinger and according to the website at 11:30 a.m. my nearest KFC said it was closed..it wasn't!

This is the second time I had worst food ever from this place. Crispy chicken inside sandwich was so crispy that I had to take it out through knife . Harder than stone . Overcooked and yuk taste. Had to fill tummy with chicken popcorn which came along and with sprite. This place is becoming worst day by day.

Went to buy a bucket of chicken waited at the counter as employees peeked around corner .finally an employee came I asked for a bucket he told me we don't take order you have to use the machines.i have some difficulties with these so I had to go somewhere else .

Placed a small order for pick up. Order was supposed to be ready around 12. Showed up at 12:10 to pick up my order but had to wait until 12:45 for my order to be ready. Order wldod not appear to have been started until I had been waiting in store for 25 minutes. The food was still good but the time wasted for what was supposed to be a quick order pick up was ridiculous
