Tuesday is a fish and chips special...Wednesday is a shrimp and chips special...both days are very busy but the staff does an excellent job.
I recommend checking it out!!!

The food here is absolutely disgusting. The fish was over battered, very greasy and no flavor. Their chips were soggy and without flavor. I will never order from here again

How you serve fish and chips ? When it’s fish and frozen fries … do better cut them fries. Also you guys used to have the BEST tar tar sauce … it’s nastayyyy now

We had takeout of 2 pieces of cod with fries and one piece halibut with fries. The fish was well done and tasty, that is why the food has a 5 star rating.
There is no place to eat in at this location.
The customer service at the front could be improved, the individual serving when asked if there was ketchup packets in the bag, indicated yes. When we got to the park there was none.
The person serving us that day was not very friendly.
Note: There is mustard in the tartar sauce

Went there tonight to place a take out order. The food was great but the young lady at the register (she looks about 10 years old) appeared to be training a new employee. I found her rude, condescending and abrasive. The next time I walk in her and she’s at the cash I’ll be ordering elsewhere.

This location was very friendly, there was a bit of a wait due to Uber orders and other people that ordered ahead of us. We got the Family pack of 8 Cod with extra large fries , large coleslaw and 4 pop drinks. The Cod fish was a lot bigger than expected as well as the fries! Definitely can feed a family of 8 with one cod each. Very filling and crispy when fresh. We weren't able to finish it, we were able to eat it again from the next day lunch and air fried the remaining.

Overall everything was pretty good! I would come back to try one of there specials!

Staff was great. Food was done quickly and was warm and fresh. However, there was almost no fish inside all the batter. The sizes are nearly half of what they used to be. The new tartar sauce is almost a pure vinegar flavour.
Super disappointed as I was really looking forward to dinner. I've been eating her for decades so I'm really sad it's gone so downhill in quality.

Ordered for delivery, the fish batter was hard, and two pieces were just batter no fish.

Ordered food at 731pm. Walk in. No one else there. Told 10 to 15 mins. 35 minutes later got order. Was told they had to thaw shrimp. Arrived home. One order wrapped covered on grease. Foos was soggy and not crisp. Overall, not a good experience.

For price and quality, this place is by far, the best.

If I could give it 0 stars I would and I am one of the most understanding people as I worked in the food industry for 10+ years. But catching management encouraging staff to lie after ordering food is a red flag as a business owner. We ordered fish & chips for take out here in person - $70 for 2x 2 piece fish & chips even though online is cheaper. Only after which we paid were we told it was a 2hour wait! We could not wait that long as we had committments - so I asked for a refund. Our food had not even been put in to the kitchen and they told me “no refunds”. It is NOT written on receipts or the menu that they do not give refunds so clearly they did not want to do their job. Took 30 mins just to catch multiple staff and managers lying and making excuses about it to then get refunded by the rudest manager - and it was not even toward me - she was being rude to her staff addressing them instead of me. Overall the worst experience because of that manager and we had not even eaten despite hearing it was good. Will not be back ever.

I have never been treated so poorly by anywhere, I have a simple request for my fish to be wrapped separately from my fries. Guy working told me not a chance even after I offered to pay extra for the extra box. I may add it is 60$ for the 3 pc dinner I was ordering and did not feel it was too much to ask, so he let me walk out saying we can definitely not do that. Awful awful awful
