First of all let me say I enjoy the fish and chips at this place.
Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again.
I ordered takeout right near close and they forgot to give me the 2 small gravys I ordered. I called when I got home and they were closed. I called back the next day and was told they would compensate me and all I had to do was give my name when I came back.
The next time I returned I was told they could not do anything for me because my name wasn't in their book
To me its principle. They had my info in their system and record of my last order but because my name wasn't in their book they chose to do nothing.
It's Beamsville Fish and Chips for me and my family from here on in.

This is my go to place for great fish and chips when I lived on Linwell road in St. Kitts👍
Was looking so forward to fish and chips and was so disappointed. We ordered the halibut thinking that we would get a better more tasting fish, but and it was so dry it was hard to chew. The tartar sauce was some brought in packet sauce not even homemade and no coleslaw with our meal. We paid $111 for 3 orders of fish and chips. Not worth the money.
Fish was really oily and no basic seasoning very bland. The oil also seems to be ridiculous. Couldn't eat the fries and fish. The coleslaw given is also tastes bad
A staple in St. Catharines! We got a variety meal in order to try everything and we were pleasantly surprised! The giant shrimp and scallops were delicious and juicy! The fish was crisp and tasted as expected. The fries were probably the worst part and they were still a 4/5 for me. I'll definitely stop in anytime I'm on that side of town!

The piece of fish I received was pretty small when I opened my order to eat at home.
Order on line for s specific time and it's always ready. Not a place to eat in.
I get fish from here almost weekly, and it’s always amazing. Tonight’s was so good I found myself leaving a google review LOL. Thanks !!!!
